Pho Palace 2 Noodles & Grill

Always these restaurants ha e such amazing service.... so attentive they are! I'm sure I'd still give 5 start even if the food wasn't good but that's not the case right now they deserve it! what amazing dishes they have and make sure you check it the juice menu, I had apple juice and it wasn't from concentrated, it was freshly squeezed how delicious that was and refreshing!

The fried noodles were a little salty, but the tom yum goong soup seemed to be better than 🍜. It's just my personal taste. I enjoyed it.

Every time that I come here they always know exactly what I want and they are so friendly here, they also know my favorite spot to sit at and allows me to sit in my spot if no one is there

Just got back from a trip and didn't want to drive all the way to Arlington for Pho. This place was close and hit the spot.

very disrespectful manager, their attitude is very bad. i asked a simple question and they acted like i was breaking their neck. dont go here! roach found in the bathroom.

manager mad because i immediately returned a appetizer tom yum soup that wasnt filled all the way to the top i said can you fill it up! she said i dont want to serve you and dont do that no more! The heck she think she talking to first of all and secondly you dont half ah serve somebody charging full price. my children and i just came last week and i got the same thing and the bowl was a decent size! bet she wouldn’t talk and treat another nationality in that manner! You mad because i came back and asked why, people got a lot of nerve! definitely wont spend another dime there!

Been here a few times, we're repeat customers so I'm going to tell you already that I'd suggest going here.

Food recommendations:

Beef Meatball Pho - any pho bowl, the small is plenty! The broth is clear & is delicious!

Grilled Pork Spring Rolls - favorite, we love how the wrapper never seems dried out. Had this issue at other places.

Banh Mi - both the grilled pork or chicken are a good choice. Good amount of filling protein & veggies where it's not just veggies or all bread.

Food comes out quickly. Service is hit & miss where they are attentive & other times they are okay, I've even tried to see if the less attentive times where when they were busy but that wasn't the case. On more than one occasion we've had to ask for water refills. Also, sometimes we come to dirty/sticky menus. Not sure what's going on there.

Overall, still a good place. Most of my experiences have been pleasant but just trying to be fair & pointing out some things that could be better if more consistent.

The girl with the glasses was rude. It started off ok at first. She kept coming over repeatedly asking me if I was ready to order, right after I had ordered my appetizer. I became stern with her and told her I would let her know when I was ready. She gave me to another server as if I was in the wrong. The next server was sweet. But I will never come back here again.
