I ordered a medium pan pizza with light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, 1/2 pineapple extra crispy and it was perfect. Made just the way I wanted it. And the manager Donna was awesome. She is the one who took my order. She even brought the pizza out to my car with a smile and I didn’t do curb side. More employees need to be like her.

The website sent my order to this location instead of the location closest to me, meaning my order got sent within TWO MINUTES OF CLOSING for this location. I cannot believe they still made my order! It is correct and fresh. I am seriously impressed! The cashier was clearly annoyed (understandably!!), but was not rude to me for picking up my order after they had closed. OMG! Will be more careful when placing an online order, but they deserve the praise and this review for doing that tonight.

The worst of the service. Unfortunately, they give the wrong orders and end up blaming the customer. When you call, they have a machine that says for Spanish, dial 8 and a lady understands you in English and when you ask her to hand over to someone to speak in Spanish, she literally throws the phone at you. I called several times and they did not solve the problem. Very badly !!!

I said have a nice evening just to end it feeling pleasant but still not a word or a smile. Enough to ruin ones day. If you don't like customer service, stay in the kitchen. 5/18 pick up 7:50pm. Not even worth the star. Just ordered, didn't get the soda it came with, didn't arrive until an hour later, and pizza was cold. The store is less than 3 miles from me, that's wild. Worst pizza hut ever. Seriously.

Put in a mobile order online thirty minutes before closing. Instantly, and I mean instantly get a call from the store, the manager Donna. Apparently the oven is broken and they can’t make anymore pizzas. Heard this before, so ask her again and now apparently there is no pizza supplies. Weird how it all of sudden changes. Now I understand you are closing soon, but closing soon isn’t closed and it’s not like this was a last second buzzer beater of an order. This was thirty minutes before closing. Not to mention Donna was rude on the phone and lying the whole time. Honestly, would not have been mad if Donna said “I just don’t want to make it.” But calling instantly after placing the order, as if she was preparing for it, and lying is a no go. If they can’t be honest with you about just placing an order, can’t trust them to make your food.
