Ordered food and never received food! Waited two houses called the store only to be hung up in every time never received food called next day to get refund and food and manager told me it was a cash order that I canceled! I have screenshots of my mobile app order where it says paid with credit card for delivery! So we went with out dinner nothing to eat and no money to buy replacement food thanks Pizza Hut! Will never order from this location again!

I ordered a supreme pizza on 12 - 8 - 24 They barely put any toppings on it, It was like eating a cheese pizza, I was so disappointed ☹️ The cheese pizza barley had cheese it looked like a piece of cardboard and it was hard, I also ordered cheese sticks, they didn't even put cheese on the sticks Pizza Hut is really going down 👎 They are getting cheap and stingy on all the toppings. I called them to let them know about my other, they only gave me a $10. Credit. What happened to the good customer service.

This Pizza Hut is amazing! We place an order about every other week! I needed 9 pizzas to be delivered by 11:30 today- for some reason there was a technical difficulty and our order didn't go thru to Pizza Hut. I called at 11:00 and asked about our order, and the sweet lady said they didn't have an order but they would get our pizza's out as fast as possible! They busted out ALL 9 pizzas in 20 minutes!! Truly the BEST customer service!!

This was by far this worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I placed my order online. Went to pickup my food and my kid cheese pizza was burnt. My other personal pepperoni pizza didn't have hardly any pepperoni on the pizza and the pepperoni it did have was in the box not even on the actual pizza. My meatlovers pizza was the only thing that was done correctly. I asked for my money back because the young lady said it would take 20 mins to make me 2 more personal pan pizza and that's when the manager took my receipt and said he couldn't give me a refund tonight because he was busy and to enjoy my evening. I told him no and that I would call Corp if he didn't give me my receipt back. He wrote down my ticket number and gave me my receipt back and said he would refund my money when he got a chance to.

The delivery driver went to the wrong address When I specifically put my address when I placed my order
Food is consistent and quality and quantity are high. The toppings are fully covering the crust to the edge. Deduct one star for the app. I order online. Cannot add a tip once placed. The flavor is reminiscent of the 70-80s Hut when it was tasty. Fads come and go, but they quit messing with the crust and sauce and seems to like the original. Thats why I came back after 20 years.

My boyfriend and I ordered one large pizza. The estimated time was 30-45 minutes. Here it is over an hour later and we still don’t have the pizza. I called the store and the guy answered and immediately says “we’re not taking over the phone orders” I was just kind of like….okay???? No “thanks for calling Pizza Hut, I do apologize but we’re not taking over the phone orders right now” or something would have been better than the way the phone was answered. I’m pretty sure they forgot our food at the store or lost the ticket or something because the pizza wasn’t even “out” for delivery until I called.

My boyfriend and I ordered one large pizza. The estimated time was 30-45 minutes. Here it is over an hour later and we still don’t have the pizza. I called the store and the guy answered and immediately says “we’re not taking over the phone orders” I was just kind of like….okay???? No “thanks for calling Pizza Hut, I do apologize but we’re not taking over the phone orders right now” or something would have been better than the way the phone was answered. I’m pretty sure they forgot our food at the store or lost the ticket or something because the pizza wasn’t even “out” for delivery until I called.

I have not seen Ah roach In over 8 years.This is how I am positive that this insect came from the Pizza Hut on Matlock. I was warned that the store was nasty/pizza they make.Whyyyyy was there a roach crawling on my pizza !!!I had already ate some!I am traumatized not only from eating a pizza that had ah roach crawling around on it but now I can’t find the roach. I’m so upsetthat I have to get pest control to come out all from ordering Ah pizza this is unacceptable.
