This location has poor customer service. I accidentally placed a pick up order then called the store to have it switched to delivery. They agreed but never delivered the pizza. After almost 2 hours I went to the store and the manager tried to give me a cold pizza and wings. They lied and said it was remade. After requesting it be remade again it was remade and the quality of the wings were subpar to say the least. The order had already been paid for with a 20% tip. I understand the error was originally on my part but I feel the manager was reluctant to accommodate my reasonable request. Ordered placed on 1/10/25.

We ordered carry out and got a supreme with no mushrooms. We got the pizza home and it had mushrooms. We called and the lady was very nice and told us they are making us a new pizza. When I got there they were very apologetic and we all had a good laugh and left on a good vibe. Point is even though it was a mistake made they fixed the issue with no hesitation. We are all human at the end of the day and we all make mistakes that can be fixed.

Ordered a simple large 3 topping pizza. - Extra pepperoni (did not have it) - Extra Cheese (did not have it) - Taste (NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER)
This was a waste of time and money. I ate 2 pieces and tossed the rest in the trash. I should have ordered Papa John’s. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I recommend making some changes at this location.

After 30 minutes says delivered but nowhere to be seen. Called multiple times but they barely speak English then hang up on you . Actual branch won’t answer. Drive to store and it appears their drivers can’t read and delivered to wrong address. Order here if you want crap service only

We have went and got pizza from this location many times because it is convenient. We should learn our lesson. It is never ready and smells horrible. The pizza tastes ok, but does not smell good. The customer service is horrible and the attitude of the staff is like they do not care. Worst Pizza Hut Ever. Do not door dash this location either.

This place do not pick up the phone . I ordered a pizza delivery over 1 hour ago . It stated my pizza would be here and yet it’s not ! You call they never answer the phone . I went up there to search for my kids pizza ,while walking inside I called and watch the employees stand around and not answer the phone ! I had to go up there to get my food but it was out for delivery will be contacting corporate! This is ridiculous
Update the pizza is all the way made wrong .. I did not get my wings
The cheese pizza look old like it’s been sitting. I ordered the big dinner box with wings !! I will be filing a complaint and writing corporate

I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered. The black lady in the front was the worst person I ever encountered. She basically told me I had to wait until she rings the lady up behind me before she rings up my drink that wasn’t originally on my order. Also, she said “while I get caught up because you are 2 pizzas behind and I can ring this lady up behind you”. What kind of mess is that? She doesn’t seem like she is happy with her job. She was not approachable at all and had horrible customer service. My pizza was in the warmer but it was still cold and my wings were hard to bite through and I actually spit some out because it did not taste like normal wings. Undercooked. Not to mention, the crust was hard and did not taste like hand tossed!

I ordered PIZZA HUT SUPREME pizza Mansfeld Tx location near me! Two words, “ THE WORST”!
So much so that my dog would not eat it! After 1 slice I was done. This pizza tastes like GARBAGE! I will NEVER order from PIZZA HUT again!
The pizza had NO FLAVOR, TASTE, even being a supreme pizza it tasted like NOTHING just a blank canvas of different toppings! I threw the ENTIRE REMAINING PIZZA INTO THE GARBAGE especially since my dog would not eat it. “ HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE OVERALL”, EXTREMELY DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTING, DISSATISFIED!
