Very good customer service !! I called in my order and had it delivered to my birthday party. Zion was very nice and patience with me helping me decide on what to get and also trying to keep me on budget because I told him what I wanted to spend. He was so helpful and voice was very pleasantly friendly. My food was on time and hot. The delivery lady sorry forgot her name was very friendly and nice. We ordered carry out and got a supreme with no mushrooms. We got the pizza home and it had mushrooms. We called and the lady was very nice and told us they are making us a new pizza. When I got there they were very apologetic and we all had a good laugh and left on a good vibe. Point is even though it was a mistake made they fixed the issue with no hesitation. We are all human at the end of the day and we all make mistakes that can be fixed.

What started off as nothing but a disappointment ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut & I want give all the credit to the manager Lashawn or Lashawna (I hope I remember it correctly) I placed an order thru the website for my food to be delivered and ended up getting the wrong order. when I called for my refund she understood my frustration and went into overdrive! I ended up having to pick up my order and when I got there she fixed my order and...
