🚨🚨Stay Away 🚨🚨
1st Incident: ordered Drive thru, items were missing
2nd incident: ordered Via DoorDash, they told order was picked by someone else.

Omg!!! If I could give the young lady at the front 10 stars I would!! She asked if I wanted them to cook fresh spicy chicken, ummm yes please! I asked for extra seasoning on my ghost pepper wings and she showed them to me to make sure it was the right amount of seasoning . I waited for my order and she showed me every item that was going in my bag to make sure I got everything!! Great service, will definitely be back! Awesome job Paula!!!

Said excuse me ma'am, do you guys serve frozen lemonade but received no answers. Young lady turned her back on me. I then said I guess she didn't hear me. Young lady turned around and said real nasty like - I said yes. Also noticed young lady communication with coworker was very nasty and done with hostility - like the person was getting on her nerves and not a human being.

Experience was terrible. Whole staff was rude as hell. Heavy set female manager just stood in the back and watched. My husband went through the drive through and had to come inside to get his drink and order corrected after waiting over 15 minutes for 2 strips and 4 shrimp and a watery mango tea. He was met with scarcasm and hostility from a giggly cashier and another cashier slim build and tattoos who told him, “I already made your drink” and took over 5 minutes to make his drink. Also never was given a receipt for the order. So grateful my husband did not completely lose his shit. This location needs a shakeup from the top to the bottom!! Will never give my money to this location again!

The drive up line was long but moved fast. The problem i had was that the cashier had me review my receipt to make sure it was correct. I had to wait after paying because they had to cook the pieces I requested. I ordered 2 drum, 2 breast, 4 thigh with mash potatoes/ cajun gravy, cole slaw and small fries. What I recd was 4 breast and 4 thigh no biscuit was included. The food was delicious

I went on Tuesday 3/17/26 @ 8:53. The drive thru line was long so I parked and tried to go into the lobby. The doors were locked (even though posted sign said the lobby was open til 10). They tied the doors shut with a plastic bag (see picture) So unprofessional!!! I waited in the drive through line (8mins). When I got to the speaker, the guy tells me to give him a second and he'll be right with me (another 2 minutes). I placed my order. When I get to the window. He tells me it'll be another 4 minutes while we wait for fries. 😩 Francisco seemed to be the only one working hard. He took my order and was running around preparing the food all while another employee had headphones in and seemed to be texting on his phone. The manager was sweeping or mopping (I couldn't tell through the window) instead of assisting Francisco with taking or preparing orders. The store was very chaotic and seems to have poor management and customer service skills. Francisco was great! I hope the owner will see this and make changes. I see why the reviews are so low at this location.
If the food wasn't good, I think the service alone would cause ppl to never return. Do better!

Would rate no stars but this is not an option. I ordered $44 worth of food they were short staffed and tried to rush everything out the windows as the inside wasn't open. I received 1/4 of my food in the bag and 0 out of 5 of my drinks. When corrected the staff quickly dished the rest of my meals and drinks out the windows and rushed us off. We checked the food only to find that the chicken was cold, the fries were greasy and soggy, fish sandwich was overcooked and the drinks did not even taste like what they were supposed to be. And we were still missing a fry order. We couldn't not go back through the drive through as there was a huge line and we didn't want to sit for longer than the hour that we had already waited for the food. I tried getting a refund through the app but they didn't even offer half of what I paid so I opened a claim. To which they are wanting me to take pictures to prove my claim! 24 hours later! Why would I have the food that was bad sitting around for that long?!? I will never attend Popeyes again and I highly suggest that nobody goes to this location.

I honestly cannot understand how this place has accumulated so many one-star reviews for the exact same problems and nothing has changed. It’s beyond embarrassing at this point. Every single time I order from here, something is missing and something else is made incorrectly. It’s not a one-off mistake, it’s a consistent pattern of incompetence.
At some point this stops being a simple mistake and starts looking like a complete failure of management. Whether it’s the owner or the management team, someone clearly is not doing their job. I see responses to other one-star reviews from the business, but they are obviously just empty replies because nothing is actually improving. If you’re going to acknowledge the complaints publicly, you should at least make an effort to fix the problems. Right now it feels like customers are being ignored while the same issues continue over and over again.

The frying oil is old recommend changing it out . Food is cold . I asked one of the employee how long you keep the food out he didn’t know . Food inspector need to visit this place. Asap . Rude cashiers ( female)
