Burrito was so amazing! It tastes better than Chipotle. The meat is seasoned well. It almost tasted like a tastier version of pollo regio chicken. Toppings were fresh and the service was amazing.

Portion size was eh, but didn’t have the best tasting food. As a faithful qdoba lover I was disappointed I drove almost 30 mins for this.
Bought 2 bowls chips and queso husband wasn’t impressed with his food neither. Not the best qdoba experience 🥺

Update: shout out to Chawnte' B. in customer care, they reached out for a solution and we came to an agreement. Thank you for a reasonable solution ❤️

We came for a late lunch on a Saturday and got in line to order. After deciding on Tacos, Kids Quesadilla, Brisket Bowl, and Steak Salad, we placed the order and they make the food right there. The food was prepared quickly and tasted good. I liked my salad.

I love supporting my community in South Arlington and Mansfield, always 🧡🎃 The staff at Qdoba is so kind especially the head chef. He is so welcoming and I'm thankful for the TLC they put into prepping the food that this community enjoys. We love the food at this location, thank you to all the staff 🧡

Customer service was on point. Everyone was nice, polite, and smiled. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I’ll take the extra drive to come here anytime.

so sad to report this but this used to be my fav location 10 yrs ago & it's a complete 180 now. today, walked in & proceeded to order, i noticed a sharpie written sign on the class that said 'we charge extra xtra for beans, queso, veggies, & queso for $2.50' i proceeded to ask the employee 'when this happened?' as i had JUST went to qdoba by my house a day or two before & have never been charged for any of those things in 10+ years. she then replied with an INSANE attitude 'that it has always been this way' cutting me off & straight lying to my face. i just said 'alright bet' & left. but whatever, will never be back again & y'all obviously need to get rid of the person that's EVERYONE in your reviews is talking about or re-train your employees.

If I could give this a zero star I would. The only reason I’m giving it an 1 star is because the food was amazing. When we 1st walked in we went to the restroom and everyone was just standing around looking as if we wasn’t supposed to be there! This was me and my husband 1st time eating here. We felt so unwelcoming by a lady she was kinda tall and she was very unwelcoming. I didn’t get her name but when we 1st walked in no one spoke or anything. The Hispanic guy that was serving the food was really nice but everyone else had mean looks on their face as if they didn’t wanna be at work. It’s all about customer service with us and some restaurants just don’t have that. The food was a 10/10 but I couldn’t really focus on the food because how we were treated. We definitely won’t be returning to this location! The manager really needs to have a talk with the staff because y’all gone lose out on a lot of business for coworkers attitudes
