Asking for a tip at this place is out of hand.
$10 small French Dip and $8 small original and what is supposed to look like. Did I get my money worth of a $10 French Dip with 4 pieces of folded up beef and a tiny sad onion slice. Read the reviews at this location. This many don't lie.
Schlotzsky's in Mansfield provided us excellent service! Nano was fantastic and his employees are doing a great job! The food was delicious đ
Thanks from Raquel and yes I will be returning with my family!
Waited 30 minutes after ordering. I started to wonder once I noticed 3 familyâs who ordered after. I went to the counter to check the status of the food. They completely skipped our order and never made it.
A lady in at the same time was bringing light to the manager she was given the wrong order twice.
Make sure youâve got some time on your hands. The service is closed doors worthy. All that said, the food was good.
Would have taken a picture of the whole pizza but couldnât wait. It was piled on with toppings and was great for the price ($5 Weekend evenings). Employees were nice and hard workers making sure orders were right. Store was also very clean. Great food đ
Fav sandwich only downside break was a little stall. The server that took my order had many issues with a simple turkey bacon sandwich and just added ham, so my order was not correct. The sad part is I live in Illinois and have been waiting 3 years for this sandwich and unfortunately not as good as had in Kansas.
For some reason the person working the drive thru is very angry. I love getting shouted at for ordering a kids pizza and an adult pizza. Apparently it's too difficult so they have to scream at me. The burden of re microwaving pre packaged pizza is so hard that there are much eye rolls and unpleasantness because I dared to interrupt their day by being a customer. No wonder the parking lot is empty consistently. What a miserable place.
Crystal was the absolute sweetest and the cinnamon rolls were to die for! 10/10 would recommend

The service was slow and people were coming in and leaving because they were not getting helped.
Usually at the Schlotzskys Iâve been around TX they bring your order but at this location they donât do that. The menâs Toilet doesnât flush, my sandwich meat was cold (itâs suppose to be hot) and barley had mayo in it and the sandwich looked like it was just made without a care. Now the cashier was super polite but I wonât be stopping at this location anymore. I wish I could have asked for a refund but it was dinner for that night. Smh
You people are great i'm so glad all of you are excellent human beings and some human beings work hard too. But everyone deserves love and care and never give up your dreams. Your dreams will be in your heart â¤ď¸. God bless everyone in schlotzsky's and God bless you.
Ordered via drive through, medium original sandwich and chips.. requested the âHotâ (bread crispy). This what I received, bread barely toasted and doughy not the crisp bread requested. Chips in sealed bag were as expected. Unfortunately as it was drive through I didnât open and check sandwich prior to leaving . Too far out of way to return to have sandwich remade.
It's simply unacceptable to charge $20 for a sandwich and soup to then NOT prepare the order correctly. I'm not sure if the Schlotzskys employees can't read an order or simply don't care to even attempt to get it right. Either way, it's incredibly frustrating. No thanks Schlotzskys.... I'll go elsewhere. đ
