This is one of my favorite boba shops ever! My go-to for sure! Their drinks are such amazing high quality drinks! The size is so big which is great! The people there are very nice and they make the drinks very fast! The menu has a good selection of drinks to choose from for many different tastes, there’s something for everyone! It’s also a great atmosphere to stay and hangout, you can play games too! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very disappointed with the customer service.
I’ve been to many Sharetea locations before and usually enjoy their drinks, but this particular location left a bad impression. The staff was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they had no interest in helping customers or answering basic questions. No greeting, no smile just attitude. The way they treat people really takes away from the whole experience. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Hopefully management takes note, because this is not how customers should be treated.

Did they change management?! The drinks taste horrible, staff is disorganized. The Oolong milk tea just tastes like watery milk and the coffee tastes like powdered instant coffee. Neither drinks were aromatic or enjoyable.

I never post reviews, but every single time I go to this specific location, if the big asian guy with the beard and glasses isn’t there, my drink ALWAYS gets messed up. Sometimes it gets messed up, I tell them about the problem and they “fix” it but end up messing it up again. I’ve noticed that instead of the workers making drinks by reading the label, they take a quick glimpse of the screen, or just listen. This problem is easily resolvable if employees would READ THE LABEL ON THE CUP. The drinks are also inconsistent, sometimes the drinks are too sweet, sometimes they are too watered down. The ice blended drinks are also very icy unless you ask for double blended. A lot of issues going on which is easily resolvable.

I like this location. The tea is usually very nice and the place is well kept and clean.

Please ensure that the young ones who are staffed, actually follow instructions. You never know if someone has dietary restrictions/preference. Today, my drink was loaded with sugar (I only asked for my usual 30%) and a minimal amount of creama (when I usually ask for extra). I’ve been ordering the same exact drink for over 11 years (at various locations) by the way..

The directions were even indicated on the sticker on the cup and the person preparing it still did not follow directions.

Please do not repeat this in the future, and be mindful. Thank you ??

I apologize for this but I will unfortunately stop coming here. I used to come here a lot back in 2022 and they always made my drink well. I took a break from it since a lot of the original people left. The first time I went back was last year. I always order my same drink which is coffee ice blend with ice cream and boba. That day when they blended my drink the consistency was good but they added too much ice so my drink was watered down coffee. I just thought it was a fluke so I decided to go a second time yesterday on 4th of July. I forgot to add boba so that’s on me I’m usually asked so I didn’t care but when I received my drink I didn’t noticed till I walked out and got into the car that my drink wasn’t blended completely. I was hoping it wouldn't have taste how it looked but I was wrong. I mainly got a full sip of small sharp ice with little of my drink, had to chew the ice just to shallow and I’m an ice lover but that’s not what I ordered nor did I enjoy it. My friend ordered the exact same drink but she added 100% sugar and boba to it but they blended hers correctly like how it should be but I genuinely don’t understand how they did that. I didn’t even want to bother going in a third time I’ve just lost hope. It used to be the best boba but it’s not anymore. This is just my personal experience that’s all. I genuinely hope sharetea improves in the future.
