Decent tea but not sweet enough.
There bobas are very good I really liked this place

Bunch of kids working here. Did not look like any knew what to do. All sitting and eating and working on homework. Did not even wash hands before preparing drink… not sanitary at all. Instead of staring at me for no tip you should wash your hands. Found this in the drink…

I come every week but today the girl that was taking orders said they have never done split cups before, which I always get. She wasn’t even apologetic, just said it and rolled her eyes.
Always an inviting and friendly place! Staff is kind and gets drinks out quickly. Never had a complaint about this location

This is one of my favorite boba shops ever! My go-to for sure! Their drinks are such amazing high quality drinks! The size is so big which is great! The people there are very nice and they make the drinks very fast! The menu has a good selection of drinks to choose from for many different tastes, there’s something for everyone! It’s also a great atmosphere to stay and hangout, you can play games too! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Very disappointed with the customer service.
I’ve been to many Sharetea locations before and usually enjoy their drinks, but this particular location left a bad impression. The staff was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they had no interest in helping customers or answering basic questions. No greeting, no smile just attitude. The way they treat people really takes away from the whole experience. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Hopefully management takes note, because this is not how customers should be treated.
Thai Tea was fire
Did they change management?! The drinks taste horrible, staff is disorganized. The Oolong milk tea just tastes like watery milk and the coffee tastes like powdered instant coffee. Neither drinks were aromatic or enjoyable.
