Why did the representative in the front was pushing for us to order drivethru, saying she just cleaned the restrooms. Plus why is the grill close d for grilled chicken, the kitchen was closing. Unbelievable!!! Update your website if you close at 9:30pm. Bad service. Way to go, Slims. Never again will I nting my family here. Hire people that want to work!!!

So you guys messed up my order claimed I'd get a replacement free of charge then when I come to get it all of a sudden you have no idea what is going on and we pay for a whole other meal. You all are some of the most sorry people I've had the displeasure of dealing with and I won't be back.
Where do I start this is probably the worst location I have ever been to it takes 20 minutes to get your food and the customer service is 0/10 the management is horrible they are rude and very unprofessional I would not recommend this location to anyone

Been going to this slim chickens for about 3-4 years now. The only reason I spend money here is for my wife who loves the chicken. After you order your food, you will sit there and wait in an empty restaurant while the employees yell and argue back in the kitchen instead of making your food. It is extremely inconvenient to eat here when you have kids. Please just go by Chick-fil-A or Canes at this point and don't waste your time waiting. You will be much happier at another restaurant with the same basic fried chicken seasoning.

The customer service of these workers makes this whole restaurant 0/10.
Do better. You’re taking orders in drive thru line being rude and won’t even let someone finish a sentence before saying “is that it” “is that it” literally every few seconds after I say something.
Food takes OVER 20 minutes in DRIVE THRU line to even get food. Not worth it. Get new employees if you care about your store that much.

We haven't been here in a while. I was disappointed to hear that they no longer had coleslaw.
The food took 18 minutes before we got it. It was hot and fresh and tasted good.
Most of the tables were not wiped off, and the floor was sticky.
The lady that took our order was very friendly, though.

Waiting over 10 minutes in the drive through just to be asked to park, and when I ask how much longer they respond with 5 minutes or so and start smiling and gently laughing. Why on earth would it ever take that long!
Then the food was definitely not anything special either. Don’t get me wrong it was not bad. Just extremely bland. Only good thing was that the food was actually hot and fresh.

Thus place needs new management! The food is no good. The manger still serve you food even if fell on the ground. When they make their jar deserts they will just have there employees cut off the mold and still use the fruit. Whichever manger does the scheduling needs a new job because she can not even do that properly she either has to many ppl working or not enough. Overall this place needs new management, and if it had better management running this place the food and service as well as employees would actually stay here to work and quit on them because of the bad management. Also management smoke trees in the Parking lot while they are on duty. SMH and you want your employees to be great it all starts with management.

I simply wasn't impressed with my lunch today. First time trying this place. The wings teste and look like they come right out of the freezer into ggrease. No one bother to take the feathers off. My pieces were full of fried up feathers.
The food i just ordered wasn’t even lukewarm everything was cold. I literally just drove next door to eat and food was cold. This was a horrible 1st experience. Customer service was awesome she was joyful and kind
