Tried the new spicy chicken stripes they have a really good flavor but they do have some heat but they were awsome will be back to get more.

Rushed me through my drive through order, nobody was in front of me or behind me. I sat at the window for 5 full minutes and nobody even looked my way. QSR fulfillment time is usually 45 seconds. Couldn’t even greet your customer. Terrible experience. I live in Mansfield and I will gladly drive 20 miles to the other closest unit than ever go here. I left. Why would someone waste their money on that?

I ordered ahead because the long wait. I noticed the line wasn’t moving when I got to the store because the “ new manager “ was trying to help a customer with a refund, also with 4 customers in line waiting order. She told the lady she would need to call someone else to help. I asked if she could help with my pickup order that was already ready and sitting right behind her on a rack. Instead she answered with a snarky attitude and said “ well you have to wait I’m helping others who were here before you.” What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait behind people who have not even ordered while my food gets cold. It could have taken all of 5 secs to hand over my food instead I had to wait almost 20 mins. Please train your managers better attitude thank you

This particular one sometimes forget items or the food is cold. The family and I go to this one regularly and it's hit or miss. But if you go just make sure you have everything you ordered. Staff sometimes makes mistakes. It happens almost everywhere nowadays. But we still love them.

Always make gravy. We brought our company here telling them it was good but after we ordered our food and they brought it to the table they said they were out of gravy and everyone wanted to leave at that point so I don’t think we will be going back.

This has to be the SLOWEST restaurant I've ever been to, and the workers are incompetent and unserious. It takes no less than 20 minutes after you get to the window to receive the food. They also consistently mess up the orders and forget items. Every Single Time, no matter how much reminding you do.
There's a sandwich that's about $9 (for just the sandwich...). It's good and all but the size of the chicken is the size of the chicken on a CFA breakfast spicy chicken biscuit, TINY. The second and last time I got it, they forgot the bacon and the tomato was paper thin and only a half a slice. The lettuce made up most of the sandwich. I asked them to correct it and instead of remaking it they replaced the tomato with another partial slice and added one thin bacon slice. Everything was cold, including the unmelted cheese, and there was a fingernail impression left on the bun.
This place is a complete joke. It's one of the many reason that I leave Mansfield to get fast food 99% of the time.

This was one of the worst experiences that I had going to this establishment. We ordered our food through the drive-through and it took them 15 minutes to get us our food. When we finally got to the window to receive the food, it was about eight people in the back working. They were all playing around and was not serving people now keep in mind the inside of the restaurant was not packed. Once we receive the food, it was cold. The drinks were carbonated water, and all we got was chicken and waffles.

Food was hot and delish, the service was top of the line. Rico and the young man who took our order was absolutely on top of everything-they made our dining in amazing. Thank you for the great food and customer service-it was nice. We def will be back!

Food is good but service is horrible. It TAKES WAY TOO LONG TO PUSH OUT AN ORDER. Especially through drive through. Most of the time, workers seem high. PLEASE higher better workers that can move quicker or atleast train them better. This is ridiculous.

I absolutely LOVE Slims chicken! Not only are the tenders hot, fresh and juicy but the staff is incredible! I felt very welcomed and taken care off by all the staff, from the kind lady that took my order made sure everything came out to my liking and the cooks making my food checking on me to make sure i was satisfied with my order. Slims chicken truly does provide great service and amazing QUALITY food.
