The chicken wings were okay. Try were cooked harder than I prefer but okay. I really liked the side salads that I ordered and my husband liked the fried mushrooms.

Great food but an employee completely ignored us at the register she was busy chit chatting with her friends at a table. She even made eye contact with me, she was an older black women, she was facetiming someone while at the register also before that. Had to wave a employee from the back that was making orders, to help give us to-go boxes. She also left the register completly empty one of the younger employees at the back had to come to the front to help at the register when more customer came. The 2 younger employees were really helpful and nice.

My toast was soaking in butter. Macaroni and cheese tasted burnt. Chicken tenders were fine. This is the 1st time in a long time that I feel let down by my favorite chicken place.

The very limited crew was working hard but very short handed. The drink machines down and one cook plus one at drive thru plus one art counter. Took us 12 minutes to order since he was also filling orders. At least fix the drink machines. Hire more workers.

Would rate 0 stars this was my first ever trying Slim chickens I walked in about 9:10 the menu screen were turned off the cashier Dasia was RUDE with her tone of voice I felt unwelcome I should of walked out then I order my food around 9:18 my wife got her food around 9:30 i was sitting there waiting for mine to come just thinking they are behind since our food did not come out together like it should have since it was all one order my wife was waiting till I got my food to eat comfortably it NEVER CAME OUT. When we went to go ask what’s going no on with the order around 9:50 everyone looking at each like they don’t know what is going on we are the only ones in the Lobby dinning in the whole time there was no one else there the cashier said “ I didnt bring it out ?” Looking confused they offer to MAKE IT then but it was 10 mins before they closed now and I’m annoyed cause I have waited and wasted over 30mins waiting on a 4 pc of chicken!! Would not recommend horrible service horrible experience!

Tried the new spicy chicken stripes they have a really good flavor but they do have some heat but they were awsome will be back to get more.

Rushed me through my drive through order, nobody was in front of me or behind me. I sat at the window for 5 full minutes and nobody even looked my way. QSR fulfillment time is usually 45 seconds. Couldn’t even greet your customer. Terrible experience. I live in Mansfield and I will gladly drive 20 miles to the other closest unit than ever go here. I left. Why would someone waste their money on that?

They don't answer their phone regarding their products and the info is not on their website either so they lost my business. Advice to the owner - if you don't want to answer the phone then don't have one

I ordered ahead because the long wait. I noticed the line wasn’t moving when I got to the store because the “ new manager “ was trying to help a customer with a refund, also with 4 customers in line waiting order. She told the lady she would need to call someone else to help. I asked if she could help with my pickup order that was already ready and sitting right behind her on a rack. Instead she answered with a snarky attitude and said “ well you have to wait I’m helping others who were here before you.” What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait behind people who have not even ordered while my food gets cold. It could have taken all of 5 secs to hand over my food instead I had to wait almost 20 mins. Please train your managers better attitude thank you
