Drive thru was taking too long, so out of boredom, pulled up next door and first thing I see is a negative post about this exact location, 2 hours prior to. You can bet I pulled off and left my drink!

I came in with my sister and no one greeted us or even attempted to take our order or ask if we’re ready to order so we left. I thought maybe they were on the head set taking a drive thru order. However, when we left the drive thru was EMPTY. Lazy and poor customer service.

Great stop after the gym. The manager Oscar there is very down to Earth and seems like a good man. 10/10 service, will return soon!

Said they ran out of 20 oz cups. How is this even possible? The reviews say it all about this location. There’s definitely better places to get smoothies in this area.
I order a fruit bowl and was told they ran out of bowls . I can not understand why you run out for an item this popular. This was not the first time this has happen

This is by far the worst smoothie king. I’ve tried to continue going here over the past few months in hopes it would improve and because it is the most convenient location to me but I will not go again. They are always out of numerous items, they can’t seem to ever get my order right, the computers seem to always be down, and they can only take cash. Inside the store and bathrooms are dirty. It’s worth my time to drive farther away to have a good experience and get what I want. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I have but my tongue for far too long. This store needs wholesale changes and until then I will not be back.

Just look at my smoothie bro come on dude. I ordered banana at that and this is strawberry. My smoothie is mainly foam and it taste awful horrible experience. Couldn’t even tell the worker because dude slammed the window before I could say anything and wouldn’t open it back up

I really tried to gracious, they made my smoothie wrong not once but twice within a span of 15 min. The second time I’m over it, maybe we need to hire an older manager and go over the correct recipes with employees. Both times the smoothies were disgusting. Didn’t even bother getting a refund, just won’t be going back to this location. Super disappointed and wasted my money.

The hours on the window states it is open at 7am but I have been there plenty of times around 8:30am and still not opened like today. Monday I paid with cash and I was short changed almost 4 dollars. Also there are days when they say the systems are not working they can only take cash.

This location essentially closes one hour before the final hour of operation every single day to clean the smoothie machines
earlier. I have ran into this issue more times than I can count now, having wasted 15 minutes driving to this location to be told they have turned off their machines during hours of operations. The hours of operations need to be adjusted to compensate for staff's unwillingness to serve customers within an hour of closure. It is unacceptable to not be able to place an order within hours of operations because the staff are prematurely turning off the machines so they do not have to serve customers. Wont be visiting this location again.

Disappointed by Poor Communication and Customer Service
I should’ve read the reviews and noticed they only had a 3.3-star rating for similar issues to what I experienced here. Unfortunately, my visit confirmed exactly why that rating is so low.
When we arrived, the door was locked, even though the hours posted online indicated they should have been open. To make matters worse, the hours listed on the actual door were completely different and didn’t match what was shown online.
We saw someone inside and knocked, but she glanced at us and continued eating her Chick-fil-A, completely ignoring us. That lack of acknowledgment was not only unprofessional—it was just plain rude.
When I called the store, I was surprised someone answered. The woman explained that they were having POS system issues and waiting on updates, but nothing was communicated to customers—no signage, no notice online, nothing.
I left feeling irritated. A simple sign or explanation on the door would have gone a long way. It’s baffling how some businesses are still operating with this level of incompetence and lack of basic customer courtesy. Smoothie King needs to seriously reevaluate how it handles communication and customer experience.

Worst smoothie king/ restaurant customer service care etc. I’ve never left a review but this is horrible they are not following policy or anything. Store closes hours before time and no one is there on time for opening. There was a sign on the drive thru screen that said “be back in 15 minutes” They need to sell this place to someone else. How do you get this place closed???? I hope the new one opening in Arlington won’t be this disappointing and a waste of time . What is going on here!?????

Store lobby closed early. I went on Wednesday at 7:17 pm to pick up mobile order, door locked, knocked and the workers told me to go thru the drive thru. I would have left but I had already paid for my drink. I saw a couple walk to the shop and when they saw the door locked, they left. The owner just not care or is wondering why their evening sales are down. Not the first time they’ve closed early.
