The leadership and management needs to reassess their systems and communication. It always seems every time I come here somebody makes something wrong and also items that you order in the app they claim they don’t carry anymore while the other locations still carry the item(s).

The guy was super distracted when taking my order. When I looked through the window, I noticed my smoothie only being made with juice and ice. I thought you guys actually used fruit. When I received the cup, the same 20oz that I normally order from other locations is not only a bigger styrofoam cup, but it’s a much thicker consistency. I also paid MORE to get less and a bad quality service and product at this location. I try not to give people in service problems but I was most definitely very upset my whole way home. Unfortunately, will not be back.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes tried to get the worker’s attention and they all had headphones on listening to music. The smoothie bowls are all toppings barley and açaí.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Plenty of staff was present but only one young lady was actually working (taking orders and making orders). Waited around for 20 mins for my order to be made only to be told they don’t have what I ordered. Horrible service.

Not pleased today at all. $12.44 for a smoothie bowl and this is all I get. I use to get the bowls all the time but if I’m paying $12 for a bowl I would expect my bowl to be full at least.

Extremely Disappointed – Store Was Closed During Business Hours!

I placed an order around 9 AM at this Smoothie King location, expecting to pick it up with no issues since their posted business hours are 8 AM – 9 PM. When I arrived around 9:30 AM, the store was completely shut down—no lights on, no employees, and doors locked. I even tried the drive-thru, but no one was working there either.

This is completely unacceptable. If the store is not going to be open during its stated hours, customers should be informed before placing an order. Instead, I wasted my time and money on an order I couldn’t even pick up.

Do better Smoothie King.

This location has been repeatedly lockin the doors and closing early all week between 6 and 630 when the hours say they close at 9pm for no apparent reason. They once opened the locked door and it wasnt even 645 yet.

This location is terrible. It’s very slow and unorganized. The employees are not very friendly either. My açaí bowls are always watery and you can tell just thrown together. I have to put them in the freezer as soon as I get home and I literally stay across the street. Why and how is it watery that fast? The smoothies are always watery as well. I’ve ordered online just to get to the location and they tell they don’t have certain ingredients for things. This has happened MULTIPLE times now!

Went through the drive thru. What an unorganized mess at this location. I have been to a lot of Smoothie Kings and this has to be right up with the worst. I have also been inside this location and every time it takes longer than it should to get your order.

Horrible, the one in Cleburne is always perfect, this place is gross & dirty inside & they messed up our smoothies twice in a row. They are so watery yet chunky, tastes like I’m drinking nothing. Idk what happened to this location, has gone so down hill & too expensive for them to make a smoothie that taste horrible.

This location is terrible. Customer Service grade F. 2 trips there today. This morning I was told they don't know when the register will be back up. 2nd visit today I was told they are not making any smoothie bowls at this time. What is the point of having a location in Mansfield!
