I’m dealing with a health issue and can only eat liquids. My sweet DH came in to get me a açaí bowl. He asked for the “Go-Go Goji” bowl and asked if he could have the toppings on the side. No. Nope. Nada. We cannot do that. We are required to pile the un-eatable bits up on top of the eatable açaí slush that your wife needs the antioxidants from. I thought perhaps they were made ahead of time and that would be the reason for the inflexibility on the details. Nope again. Every little bit was extruded, squirted, or piled uponst the frozen base right in front of him. Poorly don’t y’all. I will never be a customer of your establishment again!

The lady working the window was rude, gave us our smoothie with it dripping all over the side and didn’t give us a napkin. Once she handed it to us shut the window and walked away. Tried to get her attention and nothing. Customer service is not that good. Quality of smoothie is good.

I don't go to Smoothy King very often. But today I felt it would be a good start to my day. The menu has changed since I have been there last and the print is much smaller. So when I asked questions someone much ruder than the first came over the intercom. Basically made me feel stupid for asking questions. When I pulled up to the register I said something about not know that asking questions was a bad thing. She laughed and said no worries. I said something about her voice changing to a different person and she laughed. She gave me my order while still laughing. I said I won't be back again. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before I decided to order from this location!!

I go to another location in dallas to compare and when I picked up my daily warrior at your location I could tell something wasnt right. It was watery and several chunks of ice at the bottom, it was if they forgot to add some of the ingredients to make it thick.

This was my first visit to Smoothy King in Mansfield, but it definitely won't be the last. The staff was lovely, the drinks were delicious, and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Horrible !! Got an Açaí bowl waited 25 min then got notified they are out of granola ok sub for coconut.. parked car time to eat No coconut and this açaí bowl is all liquid it’s berry soup ? should have just got my money back and left seems like they do not know how to make this bowl

This is the worst Smoothie King I've ever been to in the country, and I've been to dozens of them. They only allow drive thru pickup, so by using the app and ordering early, I still had to wait 30 minutes in line to pick up the now melted smoothie. They are amazingly slow, and when I've interacted with them, their customer service is poor at best. I highly recommend going somewhere else for a smoothie unless you have plenty of time to waste and don't mind paying double what it's worth.

I'll stick to the smoothies. The lemon ginger spinach is my favorite. I went tonight to try a bowl, it was horrible. Too small for the money. Not enough base, way too much coconut, the toppings that weren't fruit, weren't fresh. It definitely wasn't worth itThe customer service was good though
