Waited 30 minutes for an online order, three of my cheese sticks didn’t have any cheese. Requested a refund directly from the site, mentioned it would take 3 business days, now it’s been one week. Contacted customer support and they only wanted to offer a snack for the refund. Disappointed to say the least.

Erica needs to go work somewhere that doesn't deal people. She was rude, not friendly and didn't say thank you. It sounded like a bother to take my order. She sounds like this everytime we come here. She kept saying, what else? I understand it's hard to find workers but Erica's attitude needs some coaching. I asked for ranch twice and was not in my bag.

They gave me the wrong order. Worst part it wasn’t even a slush still at least. I ordered a mangonada slush and went home with a regular orange soda!!!!! I HATE carbonated drinks. The workers need to get more serious.

CHECK YOUR ORDER AND IF NOT CORRECT, GET A REFUND. I have went to this Sonic on two separate occasions and both times had a problem with the order. First time got a Cherry Limeade that was pretty much Sprite and syrup and no cherries. The last time ordered appetizer and specialty drink. The appetizer was not served as per the official menu with the correct sauce, and the drink was a plain soda even though I paid extra to "upgrade". The staff knowingly served these items wrong because they did not have the correct ingredients to make them correctly. They stated it was "miscommunication" but could not re-make them correctly as they did not have what was needed. Contacted Sonic corporate and they are pretty useless at doing anything or even getting back to you. BUYER BEWARE.
