What's to say about Spring Creek, it's always delicious... And who could beat those warm buns. I had the brisket and sausage to meat combo and it was delicious. Always a pleasure.

I went to the Mansfield Spring Creek and had the worse experience with customer service and brisket. I never complain about a restaurant, but this time I want others to know. i ask for a small sandwich because I wasn't very hungry. The young man cutting the meat gave we some Scrapes that was black and hard. and no bun. When I ask for a bun, another worker said " if you aren't hungry, you don't need a bun." When I complained to the manager, he also told me most people that order the sandwich don't get a bun and he ordered sandwiches all the time without bread. I insisted that I want bread with my sandwich and he got me a cold bun. The sliced beef wasn't ediable. I told the manager that I can't believe not only his worker but he,himself, would argue with me. Doesn't SpringCreek train their workers? I will not be back and will tell others.

Great little BBQ place. Cafeteria style serving. I had a brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. All jig. Plus a lady was baking fresh rolls and walking around handing them out when they were done.I met someone for a light meeting for lunch. Will definitely be back.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open parking, roomy inside for wheelchair accessibility.

I placed a $250 order in the early afternoon to then have it cancelled at the time it was supposed to be dropped off (5-5:30pm) due to "technical difficulties"! Worst part was that I never got notified! I found out by looking at my order for an update. Ridiculous!
