Sprout's Springroll & Pho - Mansfield

Just ordered delivery, the beef salad for lunch today 8/30/23. It was so good. The last two times I ordered, it was not good. Please keep this same level of quality!

The food used to be good, now it's pretty awful. The orange chicken is not crispy when ordering it togo. The salad is also placed in the same box so it is wilted. The shrimp fried rice is not worth ordering. I hate how they replaced the large shrimp that used to come with the dish with smaller ones and the rice is very plain.

Got my usual, meatball pho. The meatballs tasted like they had gone bad. I should have said something but didn't. I stopped eating after several meatballs. My stomach did feel yucky a few hours later and for about 24 hours. This is usually one of my favorite places to get pho and spring rolls.

If you are looking for the Best Vegetable or Vegetarian Pho in Mansfield, this is your place!! Lots of FRESH fresh delicious vegetable!! Carrots, broccoli, boychoy, mushroom, etc The vegetable brow was delicious. Above all Pho restaurant in Mansfield that I have been visit to try their vegetable pho this is the best!! Their Korean BBQ beef are good as well. Worth the visit!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE SO HIGH BUT THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLY SHORTSTAFFED. I TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY FORGOT. I ENNDED UP GETTING FOOD POISONING AFTERWARDS.

I normally don't leave reviews but I must say this is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with to-go!! I had 4 small strips of ice cold grilled chicken on a vermicelli bowl. It's normally warm. Egg rolls were burnt tasting like old grease. Condiments that come with meal were missing. This used to be one of my favorite spots. At this point, can't keep wasting money!! I tried!!

Today was out first visit, we received superb customer service. Entree proportions were modest in size, but as for our appetizer two egg rolls for $5.99 though delicious, too damn tiny. (About the size of two combined crayons) in length and width. Nonetheless this eatery is worth another visit!

I am not one to leave reviews.We normally frequent Pho Palace but they were closed. Decided to check out Sprouts since it was the closest pho place nearby. We got seated and no one attended us for the first 15 minutes. They took our drink orders and came back with that 10 minutes later. We put in our order and proceeded to wait another 25 minutes. Nothing. No appetizers, no pho, no silverware. There was a door dasher waiting a good while, two other families waiting around the same amount of time as us. I would understand if it was a busy night but it wasn’t. It was Valentine’s Day but there was three families dining in.We waited and tried to be patient. But after waiting for 45-50 minutes we could no longer wait. Dine here if you are okay with waiting this long for food.

My food was horrible today! First time ordering here. Ordered veggies stir fry over brown rice, received veggies in a plastic container and a lump of undercooked rice in a separate container, orange chicken was little strips!! $58 down the drain. Never again

I ordered from the restaurant yesterday and had a great experience. I went to nail shop and decided to eat there again today. Ugh. I waited over 30 minutes for orange chicken and gyoza, while others they came after me that ordered orange chicken got their order first. I got up to ask about my order, and she said 'we're just waiting on the orange chicken '. Huh? I told her I've been waiting over 25 minutes. She then tried to blame it on the kitchen. No you took my order, you need to CHECK on it and me since I'm the customer. Or how about here's a drink for having to wait so long. ?. Nothing. The young man Daniel ended up giving a drink and apologized. I was supposed to meet family there for lunch after raving about you yesterday. I canceled. Daniel asked me to please come back. I laughed.

My first review was deleted so I’ll post again.We ordered food for pick up. Since the bags were tied shut we didn’t think to open them to check our food. Thanks for the teriyaki-less chicken teriyaki. All we got was plain chicken and brown rice. We won’t be back.Check your food before you leave!Screen shot taken of this review.

Drove from Prosper to enjoy some Pho because we couldn't find any we like in Prosper or surrounding areas yet. Spent $90 on food and was so disappointed. I ordered a few LG veggie pho and added meat to them. It was all to go as we were going to family house to enjoy with them. The mushrooms and baby corn were added to the broth and everything else was on the side which was fine. Except the broth was SUPER SALTY! LIKE INEDIBLE!! WE HAD TO ADD WATER TO THE BROTH TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO EAT IT. My mom suffers with high blood pressure and just couldn't stand it even with water. Idk if the broth itself was salty or the veggies they added in but it was such a waste. The chicken was 4 little pieces and the oxtail was all bone/fat/ and gristle.I also ordered a few orders of spring rolls and egg rolls and fried rice. The spring rolls were great. Egg rolls so so and the rice was okay too.I think my mom took pictures. I'll add if she does. Go to the Sprouts in Arlington and don't waste your money here!!! I won't be back!

Never been to this location but loved the Arlington store. This one is fabulous too. Great service and food was awesome!

Not authentic Pho. Broth was ok, but meats were overcooked. Staffs are friendly & caring. I had a pleasant experience
