Every time I come into this location they’re out of the espresso for the Frappuccino’s and it’s always the same person on shift. This place is located inside a target. There was 3 people behind me that left for that reason.

I don't know the menu at Starbucks and unfortunately the app isn't very user friendly, so when I pulled up I asked about the green tea and how it could be served. The person answered that they have a lot of ways to serve and when I asked them about it, they seemed annoyed that I asked about it.They got to the second way and I asked for them to explain what they meant, "well thats what the script tells me to say."I never really was a fan of SB in the first place but let me tell you....Dutch Bros employees would NEVER say that let alone let a customer know that they were annoyed.I could sense his frustration and ordered a green tea with sweetener. It was disgusting. It tasted old and it was not sweetened at all.Never going back to this SB again. Dutch bros for life!

The service was good. My only problem was the drinks. They messed up my caramel Frappuccino. I don’t know what they did, but it was not good nor did it taste like how they usually are. This is my third encounter with this Starbucks that was not so good

Severely long lines, no pumpkin loaf ALL week and their prices are sky high. Waaaaaaaay cheaper to make the coffee at home and seeings as how I bake, it's also much cheaper to make you own on any of the loafs. Has anyone else noticed the "tip jars" on the counter? These people make decent pay and still want you to give them MORE money.....this garbage is getting ridiculous. If you people have figured it out yet, go take an economics class

Once again the nitro cold brew isn't working. They really have a difficult time keeping the nitrogen tank functioning. About 1 out of 3 times it is working when i go. I'm not an entitled millennial but i love nitros. Its the only reason i go there.
