Trojan Hell

Apparently, getting a few shots of chocolate in a cup at Starbucks is some sort of crime. I was totally fine with paying for it, but nope—company policy won’t allow it. The barista was great, so no complaints about her, but really? A big corporate rule against something this simple? And this is exactly why I ditched Starbucks after my teenage years. Your drinks were awful then, and this nonsense just proves I made the right decision.

P.S. Maybe instead of enforcing ridiculous policies, you could give the front desk girl a raise. Actually, give the whole team one—they’re the only good thing about this place.

There’s a certain girl that works in the morning drive thru that has such an unwelcoming tone . Makes me feel bad for stopping by to get some coffee before work . I certainly don’t stop by here unless I have no other choice .

Horrible service. Woman ahead of me had to ask how long to cook a cake-pop. She had been waiting for a bit. Do not expect them to make your coffee correctly if they are also trying to get their closing tasks done early. The customer can wait while they sweep and attend to their own conversation on their headsets.

Wow. I’ve gone here for years. Idk what happened but service was super slow and no sense of urgency. Had me standing there for 30min waiting on my mobile order. On top of that she bagged my one drink lol! And it was made wrong. I ordered ice but she nonchalantly said no it didn’t say iced. Had to pull up my receipt and ask her to make it iced. She did not look too happy and said ok. She was unapologetic. Then went on to make other drinks. I’m just so in shocked and speechless. Definitely a mood killer. I am never one to voice complaints publicly but this left me very disappointed.

I have ordered at this Starbucks for years and have always mobile drive through ordered when there was more than five cars ahead of me in the line. When I got to the window she said next time give us 5-7 mins and I informed her that I always mobile order if there were multiple cars ahead and usually it takes forever.
Mind you at the time I got to the window there were zero cars
By the time I got to pick up 2-3 cars got into the lane
They asked me to park around front because I mobile ordered THEN the lady who brought my order out to me didn’t even look at me, exuded an additude. And stalked off before I could ask for another straw!

I totally agree with Carlos' review!!! This location is amazing. Always super friendly staff. I am unable to drink caffine but love the pumpkin cold foam, so I ordered it at this location and they were able to give it to me :) Any other location I try this at they are very rude about it and don't let me get it and it makes me sad :( Also Danielle is an amazing employee!!! Always super friendly and remembers my order :) <3 This is the only Starbucks in the area I'll go to keep up the great work guys <3

I move to the area over 3 years ago and visited all Starbucks in the Mansfield area. The 157 and 287 is the best location by far due to the extremely high quality of product and services provided by all staff. I always get what I asked the way I requested it. Staff is very friendly. One particularly staff member name Hunter is always engaging to make sure my wife and I have what we asked for, this interaction make us come back time after time. I travel intensely and I am always comparing the service at other locations and I always use this location to measure standards, never come close to this location. Thank You to all staff and management for maintaining the high standards at this location.

i come here just for some waters because i do water outside majority of the time. hunter with the purple hair is an amazing employee here at this location. always up beat and suggests any thing and everything. i am not be familiar with everything at starbucks but she makes it easy with not knowing much. 1000% will come back to this location.

This was a favorite Starbucks of mine to go to until my recent visit.The associate, Hunter, was very rude at the window. She did not greet, she didn’t apologize for a payment error that SHE made, nor say anything as she handed me my drink and I was leaving.It’s possible she didn’t hear her, but my daughter also said hi to her and no response from her there either.Maybe she should just make the drinks away from people. Because service doesn’t seem to be her thing…..at all.

I used to order here frequently, maybe 2-3x a day with coworkers as well. I used to always order an iced caramel macchiato (for several years, that's all I get). At this location, Id get it and it would have coffee grounds sitting at the bottom and it would taste funny. It happened probably about 3x in a row before I finally asked for a remake because I wouldn't drink it. Lady told me that's just how it's made and she won't remake it for me and that's how it always is. When I'd say something is wrong, it shouldn't have coffee grounds sitting at the bottom, shed roll her eyes and close the window. No refund or remake. Luckily I got a hold of support and they gave me a refund and said they would let the manager know. I came back about a week later and same issue. This time they remade it and it had more coffee grounds and wouldn't issue a remake or anything. I got something different next time; an iced white chocolate mocha and exact same issue with the coffee grounds, again no refund. But this time, I arrived 10 minutes after I placed the order and the lady was rude saying "next time wait 20 minutes after you place your order so we don't have to rush it out for you." I won't go back here again and neither will my coworkers
