This location is pretty consistent with their drinks and food. However, the drinks from our last experience did not have some of the toppings they should have had. That is very small and nitpicky. But they did not tell us that it was missing nor did we request it to be left off. There have been a few times when items are not available but this is a busy location. So if you are trying to get some of the breakfast type items later in the day you might not be able to get them, just a warning. For as busy as they are their speed and accuracy is really good though. I would suggest them to anyone.

No comfortable places to sit, the baristas were very unhelpful. They didn’t close for another hour but still refused to make a French press, pour over or brew coffee for me.

The people that work here make absolutely no sense. They always complain about mobile orders giving them time to make the order. However, if you go to the window and order it, it’s the same thing. So that makes ZERO sense. Most places don’t even start the order until you get there. Otherwise it’s just sitting there. The NERVE of them to tell me what to do with MY order. Then wanna ask for tips. This location definitely doesn’t deserve one. Don’t come to this location.. very incompetent people that have no idea what they’re talking about. Get some sense.

Another bad experience...This location needs customer service training or something. Today I went in to use my half off coupon. After waiting several minutes in a nearly empty store to order, I told the barista I was using my coupon. She said okay, as if she understood, then immediately failed to ring it in. I had to go back and ask for it to be fixed and she was visibly annoyed. The manager was nearby and asked what was going on so I explained. The manager then apologized and told her to provide me with a $5 card for the inconvenience. The girl ignored her and did not give me the $5 on purpose. Instead she took her time to refund me, but not before she failed to tell me this and simply asked me to rescan my card to be charged the correct amount. When I told her the money was still gone she rudely replied "well I'm trying to put it back". I then asked if they could see my order she already rang in while she fixed the issue and she simply advised she did not know and continued to mess with the computer instead of asking them to make my drink, which caused a longer wait. My drink wasnt even full! I ordered a grande which is 16oz and yet was able to pour it into a 12oz cup with inches of space left! This lady was extremely off putting and unpolite and this experience sucked! This location gets worse every time I go it seems and whoever is placing these workers with their duties needs to consider who they put to interact with customers.**Original review**This is definitely not my favorite location, but is most convenient for where I live and work. They are very slow here and no one ever moves as if the store is busy and people are waiting. They are also weird with their mobile orders and refuse to make it if you are not in store already waiting, which completely defeats the purpose. They will call out mobile order names to make sure you are here before they will start making it. It shouldnt take over 20 minutes for a mobile order placed in advance.... it is also very hard to get a good blonde vanilla latte. It always tastes burnt, even after letting them know and having it remade. This happens literally every time I come. Even reaching out to customer service, they refuse to help or offer a replacement drink! I really wish there was a better more convenient location for me or that someone would simply run this location better.

I usually get mobile orders here, pick up through the drive through and it's usually pretty decent. I am a pretty patient person, but today was just outrageous.I pull up to the window and sat there for 10 minutes with my drinks in the window ledge. There was one person taking orders for the window and then 2 people at the bar, yet no one realizing we were at the window. When we finally got help, we got the drinks, but I also had a food item on my order that was no where to be seen. We had to get their attention because no one was looking at us. When we did get their attention, we got the food, but it was wrong.The drinks were good quality, but the service was absolutely trash. Do better and be more attentive to the customers that are already waiting.

This morning I ordered a grande peppermint mocha with whip and recieved a lukewarm drink with no whip.... It's cold, I just wanted a hot yummy drink. These coffees are also not cheap, so I feel like I wasted money. Should have just went to QT?

Usually the drive thru here is great! Awesome service. Today, however, it was bad. The person at the window handed me a DOUBLE cupped drink and the cup was already dripping because they double cupped it and they didn’t wipe it before handing it to me. Since it was double cupped, it spilled everywhere in my car and overall was very inconvenient. They also put the espresso on top.. as if they forgot to mix it in with the syrups as well - so the drink quality went down. Very disappointed.
