More than once I have had problems here, from not getting my points, not having them added to my orders and tonight its no light ice. Every starbucks i have been to has always been heavy on the ice. Which is why I always ask for little to no ice. When i got my drink and noticed all the ice I asked if it was light. She said yes and swore i was just seeing matcha powder. I was so tired my eyes were falling and i really didnt want to seem rude. My drink was gone before i knew it and my cup full of ice -.- It's not even about the ice. It's just so frustrating how every other time i come here I am experiencing something wrong.

Service was extremely slow. They had 4 cars in the driveway through and 2 people inside. SO I went inside. Took 15 minutes to get a peppermint Mocha. My neighbor went through the drive threw with the same experience.
They had three workers inside.

This place made me stop going to Starbucks on my morning routine. This is one of the Starbucks that some of the staff including management appears to always have a chip on their shoulder when you are giving your order. Especially, if you request something that’s out of their norm. And, forget about getting a thank you said or returned to you. Every time any of us says thank you to them especially to the managers we are ignored. They definitely do not say it to us. Ugh.. Starbucks customer service has went down so much from how it used to be. I remember a time when Starbucks STAFF had NO PROBLEM MAKING A SPECIAL requested drink or giving you side items like utensils or napkins if you asked for it without the attitude or telling you they don’t have any in the front to give you. Like they are too lazy to go to the back.
