5 stars for everything! This is the best Starbucks I have had the chance to visit. Everyone that works at the establishment was welcoming and attentive to each guest. The entire staff welcomes you when you walk in and checked on me throughout my visit. I don't live in the area, but I will be coming back!

I’ve been a loyal daily customer here for years and always order the same drinks for myself and my husband. Recently, something has seriously changed — for the past two weeks, our coffee has tasted horrible. It tastes burnt or old, and it’s been completely off from what it used to be.
I’ve brought this up multiple times, and one of the employees even submitted a ticket to have the machines checked, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. It’s really disappointing to spend money on expensive coffee we can’t even enjoy.
To be clear — this is not a reflection of the baristas. They are absolutely amazing and always do their best. The issue seems to be with the equipment or the coffee itself. I’m clearly not the only one who’s noticed this problem, as other customers have been complaining too.
I really hope management takes this seriously and gets it resolved soon, because this has always been one of my favorite stops every morning.

I go to this location regularly before work to pick up a coffee on my way in. The employees are always welcoming and sweet! It's a little bright spot in my morning to go in to grab my drink and have them greet me by name. My coffee is always on point, and I love the little messages they write on my cups.
The girl with the eyebrow piercing had terrible customer service.

It was not busy, it was in the afternoon, but it felt like I was an inconvenience to the barista for being there to order in store. Not friendly at all, bordering rude. Def won’t be back in store and I’ll even avoid the drive thru. Used to love this store.
