A gentleman took my order today, I don't think he'd really ever made a caremel frappe or at least not alot but if I'm completely being honest it was the best caremel frappe I've ever had, he was so sweet, I wish I got his name! Best service ever!
This place is good, I was ordering with a gentleman and he was very nice and polite. I can see that he was still trying to learn his was around. Then comes another Starbucks employee named Rita and she’s very hostile. I was asking the guy if he had such breakfast sandwhich available and he said uhm I believe so, and she came out of no where and was like yes I do, then starts looking at his computer and I’m guessing he was having trouble imputing order and she took the biggest...
The staff move at a slower pace compared to stand-alone starbucks, and they kept asking me what my order was, like it was lost and they didn't know what they were supposed to do.
