I wish this location is closer to me to frequent more often. I would go back solely because of Nadine. Nadine was the manager on duty today and she is AMAZING!! I was there for about an hour and listening to her lead her team in a positive way was making me smile. The staff knew some customers by name and chatted with them. They all greeted everyone when they walked in. Nadine noticed my coffee wasn't correct and came to my table to apologize and offer to fix it. I knew it didn't look right but it was delicious with whatever Ubi is so wasn't going to complain. She even reminded me that I could get a free refill since I was sitting inside. She even checked in with me before I left after a tough work meeting. Starbucks has an exceptional manager here and I hope they recognize that. Thank you Nadine!!!

I visit this location at least four days a week. On the morning of 2/24/26, I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 a.m. and paid using my Starbucks app with a linked credit card.

By 10:52 a.m. the same day, I began receiving legitimate Starbucks email notifications that a $75 e-gift card had been ordered and sent from my account—an order I did not place or authorize. I confirmed shortly afterward that the charge was pending on my credit card.

I spent a significant portion of the day dealing with the fallout: contacting Starbucks customer service, canceling my credit card, ordering a replacement, disputing the charge, and filing a police report- fraud documentation. It was an exhausting and frustrating process.

The unauthorized transaction occurred only hours after using my Starbucks app at this location. Customers should be aware of this risk when paying with linked cards or accounts.

My credit card company will be refunding the fraudulent charge, but after years of being a loyal customer and spending a substantial amount of money at Starbucks, this experience has completely ended my trust. I will not be returning.

I strongly recommend that management at this location review internal transaction handling and account security practices to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I wanted to give a shout-out to mackenzi!! she consistently makes the best lattes I've ever had! What really impresses me is attention to detail and the great costumer service she has
But it's not just about the coffee. Mackenzi is always friendly, remembers my usual order, and makes me feel welcome. She creates a positive and upbeat atmosphere, even during the morning rush when I usually come in before work.
If you're looking for a barista who's both skilled and personable, mackenzi is the one!

I used to love going to this location, service has definitely digressed no where near as friendly as they used to be…. This last order was the cherry on top as my sandwich was apparently tossed in the bag (as it wasn’t even in tact) and the drink is nothing but straight chunks of matcha and weird foam like consistency… this location has lost my business…

I think the pecan crunch oatmeal latte needs to be renamed. I keep getting iced and its so frustrated when I'm not picking it up to get it fixed. I order the hot one and get iced. Ugh

I had an awesome experience this morning at this particular Starbucks. I met spell her name wrong, Rihanna served me today and she blessed my spirit. I needed to feel special today because I have more than a few things going on and she went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. She deserves a raise in please. I work in customer service and I'm really big on customer service so when I receive great customer service it takes me over the top because I know that I have the power to make a person's day awesome prbto spoil it. I have the most chaotic nursing class schedule today. Thankfully, the exceptional Starbucks crew in Mansfield on Broad St is accommodating me by letting me do class in their lobby!!!

Antoine the manager is absolutely amazing and kind!!! The barisata Nadine whom i interacted with the most made my rough morning turn around..... plus I can't forget all the others that I dont know their names currently are just the kindest people ever!!!!!

Yall rock!!!!! You don’t have a clue how that little bit of kindness made my day ☺️!!!!

I’m an admitted coffee addict, frequent Starbucks wherever I go, and this is by far my favorite location. The drinks are made fast, and made right. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Today, I got an opportunity to meet Antoine. I’ve seen him several times, and he’s always been good to me, but this is the first time I got to spend a little time to get to know him.

I’ve always had the sense that he cared about his work, and today confirmed it. After several minutes of conversation it became clear that Antoine is just a really good dude that cares about the customer experience and what he called “his store.”

(I LOVE that kind of ownership mentality.)

I live exactly 3.6 miles from this Starbucks and the one on the other end of Broad St. while the other one is fine, I started going to this one more often for the reasons stated above.

I arrived to pick up a mobile order in store today around 10:30 and I was amazed at how fast and efficient the employees were with getting the orders in and out! As an outside I could really tell that their teamwork and communication was superb! Great job guys!
