I wish this location is closer to me to frequent more often. I would go back solely because of Nadine. Nadine was the manager on duty today and she is AMAZING!! I was there for about an hour and listening to her lead her team in a positive way was making me smile. The staff knew some customers by name and chatted with them. I used to love going to this location, service has definitely digressed no where near as friendly as they used to be…. This last order was the cherry on top as my sandwich was apparently tossed in the bag (as it wasn’t even in tact) and the drink is nothing but straight chunks of matcha and weird foam like consistency… this location has lost my business…
