We walked in and no one was in the store. The associate behind the counter did not greet us and had ZERO personality. They were out of white bread (no big deal but … it’s Subway, they make their own bread). We placed our orders and after making one sandwich the girl went in the back … for quite a while … doing ?? We finally got all of our sandwiches to eat in the store and every table was dirty … dirty tabletops, dirty chairs and dirty floor. I would not recommend this Subway.

To begin, I haven’t had subway in YEARS, I walk in and Christian music is playing🩷 The young lady greeted me right away, was sweet, quick and polite. She’s doing a great job and her mama should be proud!

Called and was trying to inquire about a catering order, and manger asked employee why did she even pick up the phone in the first place. Quick reminder on why I don’t eat at subway in the first place, stay away from
this location.

Food portions are incredibly small. You mainly taste bread. Would I recommend absolutely not? There are other places that give you bigger portions for your money that don't make you feel like you're getting ripped off.

I came in for lunch today and paid $10 for a 6 inch and bottled water. When I left I downloaded the app for rewards program. Very disappointed to see I could’ve gotten the meal of the day for $6.99 with a drink and chips. Why wasn’t the obvious better deal offered? Adding insult to injury I didn’t dine in and still tipped. I feel so ripped off!

I Asked sandwich artist to split the sandwich before adding condiments and he assisted on adding the condiments before he cut it

The employee was saving up on veggies. I had to insist repeatedly to add more veggies. They were out of stuff too. Bad experience, never going to this one again.

This place has served me the best meatball sub ever. It was perfectly prepared. Service was amazing and it was really nice and clean. Great job. Kudos to Subway on Debbie Ln in Mansfield 😃👍
I thought the one on Country Club was the worst subway, but this subway is by far the worst. Not sure how hard it is to follow the list of ingredients printed on a piece of paper, but I guess it is pretty hard. My sandwich had some ingredients not even listed on the order. I ordered online so my order will be ready when I get there to pick it up. However, the order wasn't ready and they started making it when I showed up. So not sure what is the advantage to having online ordering if they won't start making the order until someone shows up. This is the case on County Club subway as well, so avoid both. And whatever ingredients they put in the sandwich are minimal, a piece of meat, 2-3 veggies max and lots of dressing that I didn't ask for.

I ordered subway for delivery today and in the notes I added “please make sure there are extra pickles , pregnant mama here “
As I got my order I felt the bag had something else in it and I insteadly though I got the wrong order but when was my order with two cookies added in saying congrats .
Somebody’s thoughtfulness made my whole day . Thank you
Food was made exactly like requested. Staff was outstanding. We went in just a bit before closing and Staff didn't have attitudes but smiled and made our sandwiches.
