The service is terrible at the Mansfield location. When I get food from there the order is almost always wrong. The management is non existent and most of the time kids are running the store. The original red hot sauce is basically water. I'm surprised this location is still in business and that they closed the one down on broad. Come on Taco Bueno Mansfield get it together

Used to love Taco Bueno but thought we'd stop in for a quick bite. Our tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat and a tablespoon of lettuce....no tomatoes or cheese. Fortunately the salsa bar had hot sauce and Pico which made it edible. My husband got the Big Freeking Taco and it looked like a child's Taco. He was NOT HAPPY. Too bar because we used to love Taco Bueno. Wish there was a place to post a photo to explain our poor rating. Hope they get it together.

Good food but it took forever to get. The ice machine is broken and the sodas didn’t taste right. The employees argued in Spanish the entire time we were there and totally ignored my wife when she wanted more ice from behind the counter.

I hate to give a bad review, but I have to be honest. The staff were absolutely terrible. Rude. The music was too loud. The staff seemed like they hated us for us to even walk in the door. It was a very bad vibe. The food was ok.

As a general manager at a restaurant and ex employee at taco bueno I can tell you with certainty that this place has terrible customer service and serving product undercooked as the meat I got was not fully cooked. I got a quesadilla thru the drive thru and when I return to work I ate half and then took the other half out and it had mold on the tortilla, truly not a big deal just wanted another remake but instead I get there and showed them the product the girl grabbed it and walked away. No apology or anything and then the shift lead or whoever was in charge had the audacity to ask me if I put that there. Went back and forth with her but never apologized or showed any kind of respect from her or the crew. Just imagine getting food with mold and then being blamed for it. You’re better off going to the one on cooperFast food restaurant have definitely given up on customer service as they know they customer will return for their cheap product. I myself will never buy taco bueno again. It’s a dying company from the inside out

If I could give this location a zero I would. The staff is extremely rude and doesn't apologize for anything. And when you do order stuff half of it's missing and they don't even apologize. And it was extremely dirty inside the night manager Sanjay is rude and they definitely do not have any customer service skills whatsoever.

haven’t been to this location in a while because of bad experiences in the past. but i really wanted taco bueno last night and gave it a shot. tacos were delicious, came out in a timely manner. i didn’t know the party burrito had beans on it, and i don’t like beans. someone who wasn’t working the counter came up and replaced it with a party taco. he was very happy to give me my taco and very forgiving. will definitely be back soon.

Slowest location ever. I come here a lot…unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. The current window employee doesn’t listen..have to ask 2 & 3 times for hot sauce. Looks like she’s got more important things to do..if you’re in a hurry, or not-don’t go to this location.
