The service was soo good last night the young African-American guy in dreads was wonderful I was so surprise because most of young workers don’t really care about us elders but this young man was so caring making sure everything was correct for the order and providing excellent customer service I would highly recommend the Broad location to anyone . Thank you for hiring excellent people.

I recently visited this location through the drive-thru and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order clearly, but I was given something different than what I asked for and was charged for the incorrect item.
When I went inside to address the mistake, the employee I spoke with was short and dismissive, then walked away. The manager then came to speak with me, but instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was also very rude in her tone and gestures.
I addressed the managers rude demeanor. I am in awe of the audacity of the behavior of these employees when I was kind when ordered and kind when I addressed they way situation was handled. I truly value good service and believe all customers should be treated with courtesy. You have a job because of customers and being rude especially when the customer is inconvenienced due to employee error is unacceptable.
The service last night with the new young African-American guy in dreads was amazing! It was 9:30pm in the drive through before closing. He had a cheerful attitude, repeated back my order to confirm and then again at the drive thru when I paid. I did not catch his name but complimented him on his customer service skills!
Many of the younger generation don’t care about their job but please give him a reward for doing his job then going above and beyond! This is why I return to this Casa location, ease of access off 360 and Broad. Next to the Kroger’s where I used to work. I would highly recommend this gentleman for a promotion at his next performance review. I have worked in the retail service industry for 22 years and I know how it’s supposed to be done. We all lose motivation at times…yet we need to praise those individuals who actually do give a flip about their job and work hard to get rewarded when warranted. Thanks again Mansfield Casa for hiring awesome staff, keep it up and train new staff to lead in this guy’s example.

The young man who took our order was amazingly friendly, so polite. I love taco casa, the tacos are always loaded! Unlike taco bell that skimps on the meat and cheese, even when you ask for extra and pay for it.
Also, the kitchen area was very clean.
My only complain was the dining room floor was sticky.
