Our first but not last experience here. We started with the lamb as an appetizer. Cooked to perfection. I continued with the lamb. My wife had the lobster ravioli, the sauce was delicious. My sister-in-law had the shrimp scampi it was outstanding. My niece had the ribeye and it was a perfect cut of beef. Oh and the menus light up. This has taken out top spot for best dinning in DFW.

Service was good
-The Atmosphere was great
-The Expresso martini, best I’ve ever had
-Loved their mashed potato (very garlicky)
-Bison ribeye was really salty
-The Chef (Sunday nights ) didn’t cook any of the meats correctly…
-I hate their Caesar salad, but I loved their spinach salad
-They cook their carrots a certain way, and they came out sweet and delicious
-The cute drink I tagged in (with all the fruits) it tasted like CapriSun/medicine but they did decorate it really pretty

We went for our 25th anniversary dinner last night. Her French onion soup was the best she’s ever had. My Caesar was about average, not quite as crisp and cold as I like. She ordered the Louisiana pasta, which was delicious on the perimeter but as she got to the middle it became a bit of a pasty, overcooked mess. Even the lobster tail was overdone. My medium Strip came overcooked and was gray and chewy. They had to refire it and my wife’s meal ended up getting cold while we waited. The truffle cake for dessert was outstanding, it would have been perfect with coffee but it was never offered.
They did try to make up for it by comping our cocktails and dessert but at that point the experience had already been spoiled, which is unfortunate because it has a very nice ambiance and is 5 minutes from the house. It’s hard to give a favourable recommendation when they can’t deliver on the entrees.

My husband and I went out for our anniversary and OMG everything was sooooo amazing. The atmosphere was so beautiful and the food was simply nothing short of amazing but to top everything off, our waitress was spectacular!! Kaylee was so attentive and explained everything on the menu as well as made amazing recommendations. Then to add she gave my husband and I a wedding anniversary cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better restaurant with better food and a better waitress. Thank you so much The Vault and a special thanks to Kaylee for making my husband and I anniversary a night to remember. May y’all both be blessed and successful!!!

Fine dining in Mansfield. Great food, SEI is and service. This was our first time but will definitely not be our last. Kaylee - our see we for the evening - was amazing and very attentive to us. We will be back!
