Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊

I just left this Mansfield’s Tiff treat and the most shocking display of unprofessionalism just transpired. The customer in front had a speech impediment and Cheryl was yelling that he needs to find someone who can help order his cookies because no1 could understand him. My daughter suffers from speech impediments and I would be in jail if this sorry Cheryl talk to her in the same fashion . This is the type of people working in this location for grade D cookies. The manager did come out to make things right, but the damage was done. The customer had left in tears.

I was able to do Tiff’s Cookie promo they did for July and August. It has been so wonderful picking up cookies all around the country and delivering them to friends and family when we are visiting. Your blueberry muffin cookies are absolutely amazing and I love the lemon ones. You pick them up nice and warm and the packaging is so cute. Definitely have turned on lots of family and friends to your brand Would highly recommend

I been coming to this location for over 2 yrs. I have always been able to pick the cookies if I order online before the box was made. Lauren the new manager is not very friendly. The fact I have been a long time customer should mean something. Plus why can’t customers pick their own box of favorites. She completely disregarded my request. This is the second time I have experienced some racism in TIFF stores. She never even looked at me but was very clear about the rules and forget customer appreciation!!! Unfortunately, this brand is going down. I suggest going down the street to cookie society you will get better customer service. Plus it’s owned by a football player who is very kind. Black owned!

Btw my box was already paid for!! So she rather give a refund than please a customer! It was just $10 for the special on 12 dozen. I’m sure if I was another race it would have been ok! Tiff hire people who are customer oriented!! I see why a black owner put a cookie business in Mansfield!! So our money would be appreciated!!!! $10 for over $1000 misses after this review!

These cookies arrived hot and beyond delicious!

My son just moved to Texas from Florida and it was his first birthday away from home. I ordered the cookies for him and his roommates and they all loved them. Thank you for helping this mom feel like part of my son's special day when he lives so far away now.

Signed up for Tiff’s Treats Summer Pass but had never had them before. Bought 2dz and then added on 1/2dz for a special price. Delivered within an hour and WARM!! What a great afternoon treat for me and the Grands. With the Summer Pass, I’m going to have lots of friends!! 😍

Tiffs is great. I'm from Austin so it's nice to be able to get some good cookies up here. Always consistently great quality.

Ordered over an hour in advance and cookies still not ready. Awful customer service, poor presentation, and unprofessional. If two dozen cookies are $50 they could at least be uniformed or placed in the box nicely. Different shape and size cookies thrown in the box and the worker act as if he didn’t even want to help. Definitely won’t ever be back.

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼
