Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

I really love their products. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is that the website doesn’t all you to choose different individual cookies which is what stops me from buying sometimes. What’s the point of having a coupon code and I have to get 6 or 12 of the same cookies. Ugh boring

Their 50JAN code online doesn't give it the discount after applying the discount. The amount remains the same.

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

2nd time trying Tiffs and I love soft baked cookies. We got the snickerdoodle, lemon, sugar, funfetti, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. The sugar and lemon cookie were the best, followed by the snickerdoodle, then oatmeal, chocolate and lastly the funfetti. Wish that one was softer. Overall a great and yummy cookie experience.

I went to Tiff treats in Mansfield,TX and beautiful young lady name"Ran" worked the front that evening and she was amazing from the time I walked in into the time I left. The knowledge she had, the smile and excitement she has for being apart of Tiff Treats family was so welcoming. I had a hard day and I went to treat myself and she made my day. Her personality and customer service made me reconsider Tiff Treats. Now I will become a returning customer because of her. Thanks Ran for all that you do for your customers!! We need more like you.:)

If joined their membership so that we could receive free deliveries to our office for a year. Less than 40 days later they closed the nearest store and now will no longer deliver or refund my payment. Just be aware if you choose to pay for the membership.

Waited 2 hours for my cookies and they were cold!! Unacceptable when I live 2 minutes from the store.

Terrible service, delivery times double what they quote and zero help when you call to ask for status. Tried once, will never try again. Recommend Crumble Cookies if you’re looking for cookies to be delivered.

Love Tiff's Treats but their online tracking did not update and my order was delivered to the wrong address (my mistake) but I would have known if the tracker had updated properly and if the picture of delivery was sent to me or the recipient.
