I had the most amazing experience at Torchy's Tacos in Mansfield, Texas! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the service was top-notch.Preston, was so friendly. He made sure that I had everything I needed and that my food was cooked to perfection. He even went out of his way to recommend some of his favorite dishes.I started with the Chips and Queso, which were absolutely delicious. The queso was creamy and flavorful, and the chips were perfectly crispy. For my main course, I had the Brushfire and the Vagabond Taco. Both tacos were amazing! The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fajita beef was tender and juicy.I also had the opportunity to meet some of the other staff members, including Bill, Maggie, Cameron, Whitney, Serena, and Jessica. They were all so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like I was part of the Torchy's family.I highly recommend Torchy's Tacos in Mansfield, Texas! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fun and lively. You won't be disappointed! In addition to the great food and service, I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The tables and chairs were all clean, and the floors were spotless. The bathrooms were also very clean and well-stocked.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Torchy's Tacos in Mansfield, Texas. I will definitely be back soon!Kid-friendliness: There is a large patio and plenty of space for the children.

Preston, Maggie, Bill and Serena always make my visit. The service is amazing and it’s almost like they can read my mind. I miss Whitney as she is now weekends only. Great job guys. I am a loyal customer and thankful for you attentiveness and willingness to make my visit great. Kids at the bar cost ya one star for atmosphere.

What happened with Torchys? They used to make decent tacos. I mean, I even tip and dont get my cheese melted anymore. The Toppings are just tossed on the top, like it's a cherry on ice cream. There must be 15 people working here and not one is a cook?

#WORSTDININGEXPERIENCEEVER - Today was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I was so loyal to Torchys and even though the service is mediocre I would still go frequently. We have team meetings and frequently visit after a baseball game and more. We were dining outside right by the front door and my son walks out with his friend from inside and I notice that one of the employees has a broom and dustpan and my son said "mom, don't look" while walking out. We'll come to find out there was a mouse that was INSIDE the restaurant that the employee was trying to get with the broom and dustpan. The mouse ran outside from inside and ran right under the table we were dining at. I have a pretty big fear of rodents so I did freak out a bit. My purse happened to be on the floor and my friend grabbed it so it wouldn't jump in my purse. When she set it on the bench she peeked inside and jumped up when she saw the mouse inside my purse. By this time, I was halfway across the parking lot. One of the dad's grabbed my purse and took it to the outside rodent trap to dump my purse and apparently made it go in the trap.Keep in mind a few people jumped up and lots of people inside and outside saw what was happening. As I left my food and drinks I went straight to my car and my son comes over and says it was gone. He then said there is the manager and pointed at him, which we saw cleaning our table. I told my 15 year old son to go and tell him what happened. I see him talk to the guy (manager) and walks back towards me. The manager told him yes I know what happened and then ignored him as he continued to clean more tables.I was LIVID at this point and even though I was unwilling to go back to dine I went back to speak to the manager. I walked over to him and said "excuse me, do you understand what just happened out here and that was my purse the mouse ran in" and he said he was aware and reason why he couldn't come out was because he had food he was carrying and told one of his employees to "take care of it" I then mentioned that even though it was the worst experience I've ever had as a manager he should have came out and apologized for what happened not to just us but the people around us. He then began to tell me how understaffed he was and they were super busy and gave me one excuse after another. I did tell him he was giving me excuses that had nothing to do with what just happened and how HE should have handled it not his employees and also told him that he is a horrible manager to think that his employee should "take care of it" with a rodent issue at a restaurant that people dine at. He acted like this has happened before.I asked for his name and email and told him I would be sending a formal complaint which I plan on still doing. He went in and what I could see arguing with another worker which was another manager that came out to talk to me. Now this young lady did a stellar job at mitigating the issue and probably the only thing that was good about the situation. She comped my meal along with our friends and was extremely apologetic. She was under the impression the mouse was outside and not inside and that is why it was handled this way. After a few hours I still can't believe the manager and how he handled this situation and can't believe that my one time favorite restaurants had a rodent inside all while the manager acted like it wasn't a big deal. I hope corporate ups their pest control and takes action on performance discipline because this is something that will forever be engraved in my brain about the torchys brand. Not only did I deal with the rodent issue which was the main issue but the manager is the #1 reason I am sharing my review today #WORSTDININGEXPERIENCEEVER
