Placed an order on Door Dash. It showed on the app that the dasher was waiting on our order but then the order got cancelled because they didn’t have an item.called Trio’s to find out what happened and the manager told me that someone came to pick up the order and then apparently cancelled the order but it was sent to another driver so they went to pick up the order and the manager told them it had already been picked up. I asked him what he was going to do and his response was well they don’t work for me. I said no, they don’t and I get that but you are signed up as a restaurant that uses Door Dash as a delivery service. He said look I’ll make things right and bring a ranch to you if I left it out but I’m not going to bring a pizza to you that I’m not getting paid for. I as a consumer understand it wasn’t his fault but it wasn’t ours either and to punish the customer isn’t right.Then to top it off, the manager called Door Dash and said we asked them to re-deliver the pizza and DD wanted us to know that if we want the pizza we need to place a new order online!

believe it or not i drive 40 minutes for this pizza! it’s amazing every time. the quality of the ingredients is unmatched and you can tell the chefs put their heart into their cooking. i recommend this place to everyone i know, a must try for sure!

The staff was very friendly over the phone when placing my order and when I arrived food was ready as promised. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, calamari, and cheesy bread, everything was hot, fresh, and super delicious!
