I go here every other day for the last 2weeks
Açaí bowls are awesome less sugar than SK & VB .. ( IYKYK) fresh fruit no syrups

First time going, I was told to go there because their smoothies were healthier than smoothie king. I had a good experience, there was a new young lady at the front counter, she was very pleasant to talk to, the food and smoothie was quite tasty 😋. Thank you!

I was the only customer in the store. I ordered 2 açaí bowls. I waited for a while to get them. All I could hear was employees in the back laughing and talking loud, and just having a good old time. I could hear all their personal business they were talking about. With no concern for the customer. Then I see the manager walking out of the restaurant laughing, and I realized he was part of the conversation too. Not once did he tell his employees to quiet down and get to work. They started on my order as he left. I was warned about the customer service at this location, but I thought of giving it a try for myself. Not returning.

Great customer service is rare but today I was blessed with a great experience from Jade! She took time to explain the app to me and how I've been missing out on rewards and also made my smoothie different and it was so good! Thank you Jade!!!!!

I ordered a hummus wrap and got chicken I don’t even eat chicken tried to call back it was too loud

The Nutella açaí has a good flavor but the portion is too small

I had stop going to this location because of the service I received there. Today I decided to try it once again and it was worse than before. After calling the first time and letting them know that all my drinks were spilled upon delivery, because they were not secured correctly, they offered no solution for it and the girl who answered refuse to give her name. The second time I had to call was to let them know I was missing items, again she did not care and even told me there was no manager on site and was rude and even hung up the phone after I asked her when would the manager be at the location. I return the call and they refused to answer, so I left a message and called corporate. This is just the worst customer service ever. Why work there if you do not care about the people that keep the business afloat, your customers! Never going back there again.

Came in and got a smoothie during happy hour. Tipped really well cause the pepple seemed chill, then my order was pushed back for four customers which was kinda sucky.
I got home about 2 hours later and took a staggeringly diabolical dump that was like water falls and smelled like chemicals.

Horrible experience!!!!! My bacon was raw. Not happy at all and the young men who works there doesn’t have any customer service skills. He don’t say hello, he don’t say thank you, he don’t even smile. Someone needs to train him in customer service.

I’ve come to the conclusion to stop coming to this location. I don’t know if they’re short handed or if they get so many orders they have to rush through but they ALWAYS forget something on my order. Most of the time it’s the add ons that I have to pay extra for. This time though they forgot on of the main ingredients that automatically come with the item I ordered. And then if not forgetting ingredients, if you order your order through the app, it will be done but they have it sitting on the counter behind the register. I never have these problems with other locations, but this location definitely needs some guidance.

Usually this place is pretty good, but today, the guy in the front had a very nonchalant attitude and moved very slow and my flatbread barely had any chicken in it.

So far so good! Enjoyed this location, no watered down tasteless smoothies! Honors requested to leave the smoothie thick (not over blended because they are busy and leave sitting). *Most impressed with NOT wiping cups with dirty towels and touching hair (so I don't have to speak about cross contamination). One person working register someone else preparing food items

Ordered for office and the food was all soaked and not packaged well. Very disappointing.

Very frustrating that you can’t add supplements to the smoothie bowls.
