We went there last night, a Friday night, around 6:20 pm. This was our first time to try it and we were less than impressed. We were wanting ribs and brisket, but they were out of ribs, so we chose sausage but they were out of sausage, so then we chose chicken fingers for my grandson, but then they were out of those too. They were out of half the sides as well, so I got collard greens and Mac n cheese. Then I ordered drinks, but went to fill my cup and the soda fountain wasn't working. The employee came over and said they only had tea and lemonade. Why didn't he tell ne this when I ordered? I ordered wet brisket. It was half juicy, but overcooked. The leaner side was too dry to eat. The mac n cheese tasted like it was frozen. My grandson didn't eat it and he loves Mac n cheese. The collars had a weird flavor that I can't put my finger on. I didn't like them at all. I ordered 2 meats so the only other available meat was pulled pork. It was the best thing on tray. Needless to say, I'll pass on this one. I love HEB but disappointed in this one.
