Took a break from Ubering to get some lunch and had one of the best quick meal, dining experiences thanks to the genuine care and concern of Camerin and her co-workers, Tina and Andria. Will definitely visit this location again!

Arrived at Twisted Root Burger Co. Around 9pm. It was pretty active there, people eating, orders being called out for customers to come and get. We sat down and grabbed a menu, a young lady walked up she greeted us, all the worker seemed to be in the back kitchen area and then the young lady comes back and tells us the kitchen is closed and closed at 9 on Thursdays and that on Fridays they are open until 10... Let's just say orders were being called for people to come get their trays, new customers were coming in, tho the kitchen was closed for us?? Well we'll never go back that's for sure.

My wife and I always come here and it never disappoints. Recently, we had a small issue with our order, but Jacob was able to help us out. Big thanks to him!PS - we both recommend the Western burger (don’t forget the house ketchup) my wife likes it with a turkey patty, in fact it’s the only burger she will eat!

They have a shared patio which needs to be cleaned. Young kids running around your table while eating. Food was good, had mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. Very flavorable.

Comfortable place with a variety of food and drinks.Food was well prepared, I loved the chicken club sandwich.Dog friendly area. Indoor and outdoor tables.
Not sure what happened to the Mansfield location, but we won't be back. It took 45 minutes to get our food and the burgers were way overcooked. They say medium well, but they were super well done. Onion rings were not fried long enough and were soggy. The restaurant was really dirty. We had a hard time finding a table that didn't have grime all over it. Had to walk around looking for condiments. Not one table had a full set of anything. Pickle barrels had a couple with just juice and no pickles in it and the lids are broken and falling in the barrels with the pickles. $38 for a couple burgers, sides, and drinks is too much to pay for bad food, bad service, and a disgusting environment to eat in.

Worse service ever! They said the food would take about an hour. Once the hour mark hit my boyfriend checked and the food still wasn’t ready. 15 minutes passed we went to check if the food was ready and it was cold!! They never called our name when the food was ready, clearly the food had been sitting out for awhile! An hour wait?! For cold food? No thank you. Management needs to reevaluate their workers.

Don't waste your time. We waited with our 5 year old for over an hour to get our food. We ordered a burger, a salad, and a grilled cheese. Nothing too complicated. When my husband went to see how much longer at the 1 hour mark he was told there were 7 more tickets in front of ours. We finally gave up, got a refund, and headed to Whataburger. Not quite sure what was going on in the kitchen or whatnot, but hopefully they will get it figured out.

What a disgrace I would like for the owner to reach out to me. Seriously, it was the worst experience in Mansfield. I will not recommend this place, waste of money. Waited 35 minutes just to order, and I waited 50 minutes for cold food! The manager didn't care (no one did), and the cooks not only cook but also have to help when the manager disappeared. So that means that the cook is touching everything with her gloved hands, doesn't change the gloves, but goes back to touching the food. Pulls her pants up a couple of times and goes right back to touching people's food. If you want a restaurant that is run by kids than come here. You will wait for cold food served on wet dishes from the dish area.
