I ordered breakfast through the drive thru at 9:20 am. The guy was not mean but he was not friendly either. I was super hungry because I fasted for bloodwork. Usually, their breakfast is good, fresh, and hot. Not this time. It was old, dry, and hard. It was not even 10 am or the end of breakfast and the sandwiches we ordered were old. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this location for breakfast.

Not very often anymore are fast food employees actually friendly. Luis at the drive-through was all smiles, very friendly, professional, and polite!! Thank you !!!

I went there and got 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a 5 dollar biggie bag one of my 10 piece was well done and fresh but the the rest of my order was cold as ice and old I called up and talked to Maria and she was very rude and was like “you asked for one 10 piece well done but you didn’t say fresh for the rest of the order” since when do you have to say fresh the food should already be fresh after arguing with her for almost 10 minutes she said she would remake one 10 piece and only 4 nuggets when all of our fries was cold and the burger then when I went up there the next day she was never never rude so I drove off and she slammed the window like your the manger showing the example for all your other workers you need to do better and hire better managers.

Went to this location today in hopes of getting a great meal before going to my 2nd shift, whichever I was starving and had nothing to eat all day, so I made a quick stop to this Wendy's location. Everything went well until after paying, and the lady handed me my order soon after receiving Mt food and drink I told the lady I didn't order a regular lemonade it was strawberry lemonade which wasn't a big deal however I assume it was the manager who came to the window missing more teeth than the tooth fairy and one one the rudest managers ever especially on this side of town because Mansfield normally have really nice people at the window, however this manager made the situation waaay more than what it was instead of just saying ma'am we thought you ordered a regular flavor lemonade and the strawberry is an uncharged the problem would have been solved but instead he came to the window with an attitude of a giant as tall as he was fir absolutely nothing so I politely asked for my money back and left because if my money isn't appreciated I'll take it were it is. I will never go back to this place again, especially with the attitude this man had clearly not safe to eat here.

Arrive at 8:21 in the morning to get some breakfast and a large truck that will not go through the drive-through oddly enough the dining room is closed and doors are locked. Not a good place to get breakfast if you’re in an oversized vehicle. And the door say they’re supposed to be unlocked when building is occupied and building has to be occupied for the drive-through to be open.

I recently went here with a group of my friends to try out the Krabby Patty meal! It was delicious and cooked to perfection! Great job SpongeBob, you're the best! There was and older man who I am assuming to be the manager who was very kind and his customer service was amazing! I wasn't able to catch his name but he was great! It was an older black man and he made me feel like I was at the Krusty Krab! And he passed around the SpongeBob stickers individually to me and my friends! Perfect food and perfect service!

Me and my buddys went here to try the krabby patty meal. There was an amazing nice older black gentleman that helped us out. He was great and even gave us all SpongeBob stickers! 10/10 experience. I would recommend this place to my baby’s son.

Ordered through Uber eats for pick up! Went to go pick up I was told they gave my order to a random person basically and it’s not their problem took everything in me not to put workers cars on flat so they would compensate me somehow
