Josiah really held it down after an extremely poor experience with every other employee. The service at this wendy’s is trash. Josiah though, really turned my attitude around.

I think the workers played football with my burger b4 they gave it to me. Opened the wrapper my veggies were everywhere but on my burger.

Went to the drive-thru and couldn’t hear the employee very well. Came around to the window and they had one drink wrong. Pulled into a parking spot to check everything, and we were missing 1 chicken finger, sauce, and straws. Went inside to get everything corrected, and no one was at the counter. After a few minutes, someone came over who couldn’t speak English, and she kindly tried to help without being able to solve the problems. Finally, after a few more minutes, someone else came over and helped.

On the road, our fries tasted old and the burger looked dry, like yesterday’s leftovers. Neither fries nor burger had any seasoning.

Overall, this was the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. Just trying to feed my son after some baseball games.

This has got to be the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. They are ALWAYS out of everything. Yesterday they were out of sprite today they’re out of coke. There is nobody here and I am having to sit and wait in the mobile parking and it’s been 20 minutes already. If I haven’t already paid I would have left a long time ago. This is terrible

Ordered frostys and the girl said they are out of chocolate only vanilla. I say that’s fine then after sitting in the drive thru 15 minutes it get to us and she says actually we don’t have any at all smh.

The manager was running the store so poorly. Didn’t get her name but she’s a short Hispanic lady. Not only was she poorly running everything, she left and abandoned her employees in the middle of dealing with a million customers. I’d much rather go to the Wendy’s off 287 and won’t be making that mistake again. Food was cold, made incorrectly, melted, charged for things they didn’t even have (bacon for a bacon double).

If someone asked me about this particular location, I'd honestly tell him to find a different Wendy's. This location only seems to have the drive-thru open even though they leave the doors open. When I approached the counter the lady yelled at me to just go through the drive-thru and that the drive-thru was the only thing open. So why are the doors open? I can understand if it was midnight, but it's 4:00 p.m.

Dude balled the bag up and handed me cold food, fries halfway cooked, burger cold, nuggets tossed in the bag. Do not eat here! Sloppy! Unprofessional! Lazy at making the food with the quality it should be. Horrible!

The gm is rude and unprofessional when she speaks to employees I think her name was Jazmine I witnessed her getting mad at an employee for just asking a question and from my understanding there is a big language barrier there , she should treat employees with respect !

Cashier was not at all happy to be at work. There was no eye contact and bearly spoke. My Order was wrong got the wrong burger. There soda machine was empty with just a few drinks available.
