Spoke with Autumn (Supervisor on duty) after they forgot to give me a burger. They literally went through all the bags to see that they INDEED forgot to put in a burger. Seemed soooo inconvenienced about it and still had me pull forward to wait. A half ass apology was given……poor customer service to say the least.

Serving old fries and food daily! They have no waste because they reheat the food and drop the old fries back in the grease! And bag it up for the customers gross!! What a disgrace to Dave Thomas!!! Where are the Managers??? I'm calling the health department!

They always close when they want to, that’s why they are always empty and McDonalds full right across the street. They refuse to make the mobile order even though it was no where near time to close.

If I could give zero stars I would. How in the heck do you get hair in ever piece of my order, my food and my kids. You all are disgusting and I'm definitely going to report this location because this is unacceptable. Waste of 27 bucks 😒

I order through the app and pick-up at the drive through often at the Wendy’s on 287 by Target. Jr Cheeseburgers are $1.60 each.
I was closer to the one off Broad and placed the same order. The Jr Cheeseburgers were $3.59 each! thats insane.

TERRIBLY HORRIBLE!!! Ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal. It was supposed to look like the 1st picture...chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles. What I got was definitely not as advertised. I got a leaf of lettuce on a overcooked piece of chicken that was drier than the person that took my order... that's it!! The worst combo meal I've ever had! I will NEVER eat at this Wendy's again. THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST!!! 5 thumbs down👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This place is disgusting! I went through the drive through for lunch and as I waited for my food I saw a male in there handling my food without gloves on. He put my fries in the bag without gloves and as he waited on my burger he pulled out his phone and was on his dirty phone bare handed and then grabbed my burger to put in my bag. Based on the previous comments, it seems like the health department needs to pay them a visit!

Purchased two deserts called “Frosty” for my wife and son at $6.04. The trouble was, there was nothing frosty about them. They should have been called “Soupy”. See attached picture from just before we chucked them into the garbage.

Someone needs to show wendys employees how to wrap a burrito cause everytime i get one is not a burrito is a tortilla with stuff thrown on top and not wrapped ans this is every location i go to this is my last time trying

Placed an online order. Waited in drive through for 45 minutes. Got home with food and was missing 4 items.

Staff did a great job taken care of us, however they forgot all about us, when they messed up my order, it was corrected however they left out the fries and my coke, waited 20 min and watched hella cars go bye, and I had to call again and tell them…..again only reason I even am giving 2 stores is because they took care of me but also forgot about me ? and got my order wrong the first time.

Very poor service. After waiting in line for about 15minutes, I followed the car in front of me into the 2nd lane to place my order. A young lady came over the intercom and told me the lane was closed and to go to the first line (which had now grown even longer). I explained that there was no indication that the lane was closed and that I had already waited quite some time. She said “But, you have to go to the first line”. I asked if she could take my order since she was already on the intercom or if I could order at the window to avoid a second wait. She never came back to the intercom. When I came around to the window, Crystal was very rude and refused to take my order, insisting that I had to wait again. After going back and forth for a while she closed the window and stood there for some time so I PARKED to wait!
She finally came back and just gestured her hands at me. I asked what does that mean. She replied “So are you going to order!” After another frustrating exchange I ordered. I asked her store number she said “I don’t know” I asked the other young lady who said “it’s 37something”. Finally I spoke with a man in a red shirt who I assume was the manager. He was kind and respectful and was really trying to meet the customers needs in a timely manner while putting out all the little fires his subpar crew where starting. I failed to get his name. I believe it was Abdul. He was awesome!
To add to the negative experience there were a few things that were out of the staffs hands. I was given MILK (not yet frozen frostys) since Abdul was not able to provide suitable Frostys he offered me drinks but the machines were out of Sprite and many other drink options. Totally out of his hand for sure but maybe local owners or corporate will take note.
Long story short. I won’t visit this location again. I’ll drive over to Grand Prairie or choose a different fast food option. The burger is not with the poor attitude and service of the girls here.
