I have a Best Friend, named Meredith Reed that live in New Orleans and I think Taylor Swift should performing next year Super Bowl in the Dallas Cowboys stadium. If the Cowboys win their next Super Bowl next year in 2026. Yes I had to wait for like an hour to get my wings at Wingstop and the Dallas traffic on the 635 like I said I’m aware of the just just like in the movie Office Space the thing is that Dallas is a big city

They put a stop on walk in orders, Just because it's Superbowl Sunday .. wasted my gas driving there at 4pm just to be told no walk in orders and no online orders till after 6pm . Horrible horrible

THIS IS THE WORST WINGSTOP IVE EVER HAD! The food took 30 minutes to even be ready and when I went to place my order I was ignored and then passed off to another person. My ranch was clumpy and frankly tasted off. It had these disgusting clumps in it… save your time DO NOT go here

The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Not necessarily this particular location, I think it's just Wingstop. The "Cajun" chic sand was literally just drenched --absolutely drenched--in Tabasco. There's nothing Cajun about that. Terrible.

I have to be honest, the service here isn't great. I was given the wrong order because the young lady was on her cell phone. When I returned to exchange the order, she was still on her cell. She and another worker working the register, proceeded to open the bag and shuffled through it, then put it back on the pick up rack for I guess the rightful owner. Food is always fresh. The service needs improvement.

Ordered (4) 10 piece classic combos. There was not one actual flapper in the entire order. The legs we got were tiny and overcooked. The fries were sad looking as well. I think we got the bottom Shake out of the bag. Haven’t heard many good things about this location but decided to try it ourselves. Should have listened to our friends. Will try a different location next time.
WORST WINGSTOP EVER!!! Ordered 50 wings for a birthday party and when my husband got them he was only given 30. When we called and went back to the restaurant, the worker said “my manager knows you’re here now and he won’t answer the phone.” Don’t ever do business here. If they get your order wrong they won’t make it right nor give you a refund.

Horrible customer service. Took forever and when we called for an update, was told there was a fight happening so it would be another 20 minutes. Then…you’ll never guess…our order wasn’t right, we were missing food! Never again, I hope they go out of business!

This Wingstop is definitely a hit or miss… two weeks ago I ordered Wingstop and the food was absolutely delicious l.. but today!! I was highly disappointed. I was watching those influencers on YouTube and decided to get some tenders with the honey blaze and it was absolutely garbage. The tenders were small and lukewarm . The fries were hard and taste like they were sitting, and I ordered the meal 15 minutes prior to picking it up …highly disappointed but again this place is always hit or miss …so take your chance.
And it’s a Wednesday it wasn’t busy and I hate when the meals are not what I expected especially because I’m pregnant. Hopefully next time I experience will be better.
