I was having a crisis wrestling a bear in the woods. I then realized that hey maybe he’s just hungry and that’s why he was trying to eat me. So I drove the big fella around. He didn’t mess with a lot of the food joints, I even asked him if he wanted salmon considering he lives by the river. He was like “naaaaaah I wanna try something new”. So I was like daaaaawg you gotta try Wingstop. Case in point me and the bear now go to Wingstop once a year to celebrate our compromise, just sitting down and enjoying some bomb ah wings.

Underwhelming experiencing! This is my second time at this location to receive under cooked food. The wings lacked seasoning and well as the customer service!

Generally good service with the occasional hick up.

My recent order included wings with feathers. When I called to report this, I was told that no manager was available to handle my complaint. I had to return to the restaurant late at night to receive a replacement order and refund. While the cashier, Sarah, was polite and helpful, we were disappointed that management wasn't available to address our complaint directly. Improved complaint handling procedures would be appreciated.

Upon entering I was greeted with with an awesome welcome!!!! Brittany Enrique and Danny -what an awesome crew
The clean and vibrant setting,soft music playing- my favorite tunes -made this an amazing.

When I placed my order, which included a drink ,wings, french fries, ranch and blue cheese They took my order promptly, asked me how I wanted my wings . I appreciated that they made a extra effort- like repeating the order

I had an issue with my order at Wingstop, but Assistant Manager Brittany completely turned the experience around. She was professional, understanding, and quick to make things right.

She corrected the mistake without hesitation and made sure my food was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Her attitude was positive, and she genuinely cared about providing great service.

Thank you, Brittany! Wingstop is lucky to have someone like you on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of how well you handled the situation.

What i’m trying to figure out is why yall got kids working alone with no manager on duty? My food was messed up 3 times and they showed no remorse.. Yall weird for having kids that don’t know what they doing, working alone. 3 times!!! pissed me off!

i door dashed my food when i opened it everything looked good until i started eating & saw a live roach on my boxes. i contacted door dash about it & they suggested that i tell the wing stop that i ordered from. one of the ladies were being very difficult & disrespectful saying i should bring it back after i found it but i explained how i saw it after i started eating then she replied “why would you eat something if you clearly see a roach” & basically made it seem like i was lying about my order i don’t recommend ordering from this wing stop.

Don’t do take out here, they scam you with your food. Ordered and paid for 10 piece got 8. Employees Questioned it about 4 times couldn’t do anything supposedly but give me a 10% discount on next order. Took my number and never sent me anything! I’ll go somewhere else where they don’t steal you money.
