Very gross location, one of the cashiers has a lot of pustules & lesions on his skin that look contagious & has been there for months. Management needs to do something about it. Also, I vommited up my chicken wings & fríes after eating them. I am disgusted & wont be back to this location.

My daughter wanted Wing stop for her 15th Birthday lunch. I placed am order online for pickup with a gift card i received. It said denied and the charge pending. I called the resturant to complain. The girl who answered said oh that's happened ama checked if a ticket printed and said it didn't go through and would be refund. I asked her what if it didn't she said she would make note in her book. Them she instantly hung-up with out a bye. I called back really upset and told her i was still wanting to place an order. She was like.. oh i thought the call was over rudely. I asked for her name so i could complain to Corporate and she said it was Ebony Nicole C* and then spells it out. After working on the customer service for over 20 years, I have never encountered a someone who was so rude and didn't care. To get it sounded as if it was a game. She didn't care because she knew nothing would happen to her from her employer.

I ordered over the phone and went to two different Wingstops only for them to tell me they didn't have my order at all. This was on Halloween night and they're was no food for our party because of it. 👎Next time I'd do best to do a walk-in

The menu is simple but very specialized, making it a great spot if you are a true wing lover. On top of that, prices are very affordable compared to many other restaurants, so you can enjoy plenty of food without spending too much. It’s a casual and fun option for anyone who enjoys good wings at a good price.

Came in to pick up and order. Gave the name, was told it wasn't ready yet. Asked how long it would be, again she said it wasn't ready yet, so I said it louder, do you know how long it will be, she then said 5 minutes, as I turn around and am walking away from the counter, she says an expletive towards me. Awesome service!

Kimberly the”acting manager” was outright rude and disrespectful. The cashier seemed new, and made a few mistakes on how he rang in the order, no big deal. When the order came out I double checked everything. It seemed one of the partial orders was incorrect. I asked what the wings were topped with and it seemed based on what they told me the order was wrong. Then they “fixed” it then realized kimberly told me the wrong seasoning initially so they remade the wrong one and had to fix it a second time. When I brought it to her attention she snacked the box out of my hand and cussed me as she walked away. When I asked for the general managers number to ask them to review their camera and address what they say, she refused to come out the back and had the poor kid up front refuse for her. It’s cool I still got it. Just unnecessary

The 5 stars is just for the food alone. We have never had any issues with our order, the wings were cooked perfectly, and their voodoo fries are excellent. Having lived in several states and cities, we've tried several Wingstop establishments and had issues. This one has never disappointed us.
The service is okay. Really nothing to write home about but we usually order online and pick up so I'm not expecting much.
When we do have to wait inside for our order, we have noticed the place can get crowded. It's usually cold inside, and the tables aren't super clean. For those reasons, I wouldn't eat in.
The current people here are really nice. The place isnt really dirty, and i reccomend people to come here.
