Always have had good customer service here and everything has been quick but recently if you order a dry rub it's not.. the dry rub washes off and basically has zero flavor

Asked for a cup of water 3 times and the cashier lady said bottle. I finally said cup. for the fourth time and she said okay. I asked why my bill is more than it looks like it should be and she said it’s 2 sandwiches with tax. I get the receipt and it looks like she charged me for a bottle. I will not come here again and don’t recommend it to others.

Wingstop. Change your fries back. These new fries are obvious frozen pre-made crap. We did not pay the premium for this over-processed slop you can buy from the freezer aisle at the grocery store. We stayed loyal over the years for that signature fresh cut fry. The par-boiled and then fried restaurant quality but at the speed and convenice of fast food. Now it’s restaurant prices with freezer burnt slop. Wake up, we all taste it.

I had a terrible experience. Customer service is awful. I asked for a replacement with my fries because they gave me really old ones and they wouldn't even do that . Very bad overall definitely not going back
Went with the $16.99 boneless special so I could try 4 of the sauces because none of their other deals offered more than 3 flavors… disappointing. Food was excessively salty and the 5 boneless Spicy Korean were swimming in sauce. Absolutely disgusting. That sauce tastes like a generic bbq sauce with a hint of spicy, I’m not sure what exactly. My stomach is churning as I write this with only 5 boneless wings in and an handful of fries eaten. Overall, not very good. Just a reminder why I haven’t eaten there in a long time and more than likely won’t be back.

They don't care about the food they give you they over cook your food last time I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches they gave me 2 overcooked chicken tenders on a bun that was dipped in hotsauce and covered it up with BBQ the 2nd was a overcooked chicken patty I could even bite into I really hope the owner gets new employees that actually care about their job

Think twice before ordering from here! definitely not the Wingstop we used to know and love! Spent $70 on DoorDash to have to go pick up the remaining portion of our order for my dad‘s birthday. And this is supposed to be Hawaiian Wings, let me know if you see any sauce, because definitely not what you pay for!
