New owners, horrible service. Have found hair and a bug the last 3 times I've ordered. Used to be a staple of Mansfield. If you used to love this place, it is not the same. Even the food quality and quantity has gone down. The new owners are disrespectful to the community and do not deserve our continued patronage. I hope the older Vietnamese woman I used to speak to is okay and living well, hope she doesn't care about the state of her old restaurant

Was so happy to be getting the food we saw on the menu and ordered. We didn't! Husband ordered pork lomain and got chicken. I ordered rice noodle and beef w/ egg rolls... Got ONE SMALL spring roll cut into 3 pieces and no sauce for noodles. Beef was tender.Was fresh but not happy at all. Gentleman that gave me my food was pleasant.

Disgusting and dissatisfied! I had come to this place a good number of times before for a decent meal. Today I ordered shrimp and broccoli. The shrimp tasted old and reeked. I called back to ask for a refund or a fresh dish because I could not feed that to my family. The lady called me a liar “because no else complained about the shrimp today” & would do nothing to accommodate. Rude and inconsiderate evil people, you should spend your money at a place where the business owners have humanity and are upstanding, not this place who serves expired seafood!!

Disgusting! Got dirty, stinky shrimp in the shrimp and broccoli dish. Texture was gross! Never go here, the woman on the phone didn't offer to give me another dish or make any accommodations. They could serve you p*** and they wouldn't do anything about it apparently. No refunds no nothing is what she said.

BEWARE!! Something has happened to this restaurant. New owners or management. Food different, "BAD",and when we got the bill we were overcharged by almost double. When question they finally corrected it. NEVER going there again.

Awful spring rolls. How do they not know they were bad? Just cheap lettuce wrapped with the shrimp and the dip had a funny taste. I ate half of mine and we left. My advise is for whoever made those spring rolls to go anywhere else, buy some to-go, and see what good spring rolls look and taste like. I would not trust them for anything else. I have had these at many other V-restaurants, so I know what they should be.

My boys and I came through here from Florida and wanted some Vietnamese foods. Thank goodness, we found them!! Started out with some yummy appetizers, spring rolls and crab rangoons. I ordered the pho soup, it was so delicious and broth was perfect. The boys enjoyed sesame chicken with fried rice. Price was incredible and nice size on all of our orders from what I'm used to.

We keep trying but it's just not good anymore. I know food prices are up but stop lowering your standards and just raise your prices. Lo-Mein noodles are huge and mushy and flavorless. Chicken in sweet & sour chicken overcooked. The cream cheese mixture in the crab rangoon not only was flavorless, but it wasn't thick and creamy.....like there was water added to it. Yuck! My orange beef was mushy and the sauce was watery and once again, flavorless. We kept trying because they are close to us and we had enjoyed them so much through the years. Sorry. I want you here but am only willing anymore to pay for quality.

Ying Cafe, haven't eaten here in at least a couple of years. Started eating here about 7 years ago. Decided to give it a try again today, with my daughter. She wanted a Boba- Honeydew,it was actually pretty good and tasty. We walked in and were stopped by all the signs (for all the food /driver apps). We seen the sole cashier/waitress behind the register as she asked what we would like and I said dinner for 2. She quickly said, the menus are on the table near the cashier stand and to select then order and pay. I had originally thought about eating in but decided to make it to go. We seen only 1 customer sitting down eating inside and the interaction with the waitress, wasn't the best customer service I have seen. While we waited for our food, we seen one more interaction with a walk-in customer and I was beginning to think we definitely should not have chosen Ying Cafe. Bad interaction with a customer, that ended with the person asking for their credit card and walking out. Well, we finally got our food and left. We got home, unpacked it and seen the egg roll was the size of a AA battery(very disappointed). It didn't have alot of flavoring and the pork was a bit fatty. (We ordered the V3) Last but not least, half way thru the meal I found a long black hair (my hair is shaved short, so it wasn't mine). This will be the last time we eat here. I am sad and disappointed, Ying Cafe used to be really good but has fallen far over the years. Only saving grace was the Boba - Honeydew.
Egg drop soup was only 2/3 full, my entry was all over the bag and not in the container, everything was sopping wet. Large egg drop soup and i got only one bag of crispy noodles with very little noodles in the bad. Very disappointed

When to Mansfield for business, stop in to eat some Pho (my favorite), I was so happy to find a place that took my cravings to the next level. Love the owners, very nice and friendly people. Definitely coming back on my next work trip!

My husband had seen this place whiledriving to work and wanted to try it.Good was very good! Not overly saltedlike most places. We had the egg dropsoup and it was delicious! We also hadthe Orange Chicken with steamed riceand the Beef with Broccoli with friedrice. Both dishes are very flavorful andthere was enough to take home tohave later. We will be coming back.

20 years ago this place was the only Chinese place inMansfield. It was pretty good it. Today, I threw my food in the trash. It was disgusting I never seen orange crab Rangoon. The shrimp fried rice was tiny tiny pieces of shrimp and my soup was awful, I was wondering why I never see customers in there anymore. They need to close I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and the customer service sucks

Always hot and fresh and delicious. I order togo and have never had any issues. The lady took my order is very nicely and kindly all the time. She remembered all my order last time. Highly recommend. This is authentic Chinese food in town.
