Too many mistakes, and not enough accountability.

My fries were undercooked. The toast didn't taste fresh and had 0 butter. It basically was scorched bread. This was my worst Zaxby's experience ever. Additionally, the chicken bacon ranch was drowned in ranch and tasted horrible.

Poorly managed roaches in the food it’s ridiculous management rude will be hearing from my lawyer soon

I will drive all the way to Richardson or Keller before I ever go back to this location! Rude as hell from management down to cashiers. They will mess up your order & look at you like it’s your fault. Slow, food is always overcooked! Don't waste your time

Just left Zaxby tonight, we went through the drive-thru. At the speaker my daughter asked them if she could sub the lemon pepper chicken for regular chicken but she wanted that zesty lemon pepper sandwich with the all the veggie and add cheese. She told them that she doesn't like lemon pepper. At the window she reiterated what she wanted.. they told her they could do it.. But the didn't.. they gave her 2 slices of toast and 3 lemon pepper chicken. Nothing else on it. The kids meal was o.k. and the Cobb salad.. 34 60 for this... Poor customer service and not what was ordered.

I loved zaxbys back when i lived in MS and was pleasantly surprised that it was one a city over from me. Didn’t mind making the drive because I love their food but when i order cheese bites the only dip that was offered with them was ranch. I’ve never heard of dipping mozzarella sticks/cheese bites in ranch in my whole life so i politely asked for marinara sauce instead. She told me they don’t carry marinara sauce and at the time had a promotion that offered marinara sauce on a different item so i asked if i could just pay for a small cup of it and she told me no lol. Even the manager said no. Crazy to think about declining a customer paying for something they are offering to pay extra for and then doubled down to add that corporate would not allow them to sell us a small cup of marinara sauce 🤔 weird

Front cashier Issac or Isiah was blunt, sarcastic and very rude. Then when I told him about his poor customer service he wants to pretend he doesn’t understand. Well this is what I do understand, I will not spend my money where I’m not respected as a customer!
Traditional wings were half seasoned and under cooked. Nasty!!!
