The food was decent, but the service was terrible. My order was shoved at me through the drive-thru with a dirty look, and when I said thank you, I got no response. I get that not every place is going to have Chick-fil-A-level service, but there's no reason to be rude.

Looking at other recent reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. The staff is consistently rude and uncaring, which is especially concerning when they’re handling food. Definitely not a place I’d go back to anytime soon.

Rude and slow

So this is supposed to be their signature chicken sandwich. No sauce on it. Plain. I could've ordered a 4 piece if I wanted just chicken strips.

I’m an Uber Eats driver. I pulled up at 2:58. They told me they’d thrown away all Uber Eats and DoorDash orders… 2 minutes before closing? They caused me to miss $30. Would not support this business.

I used to frequently eat here at this location years ago. Back when Zaxbys still offered the delicious Macadamia Nut Cookie on their menu. I recently moved back to Mansfield and have been here twice in the last week hoping to relive that juicy chicken experience. But both times now the chicken has been dry, overcooked and bland. And each time I've ordered extra seasoning on my fries yet they still give me barely any at all. Disappointing. Not sure if it's an issue with this location or Zaxbys has just gone downhill over the years, either way I won't be returning.

Ordered pickup here and my order was "mistakenly" picked up prior to me arriving. I had to wait for an entire order to be made when they were very busy. I won't be back.

There was a lady working at the counter that was so sweet she made our stay so pleasant it's so nice to be around people that nice!!!!!

Chicken tenders were awesome! Tenders and fries were hot and fresh! I did like how open it was, not all closed in. Be back here again!
