This place keeps getting worse. I have been coming to this place since I moved to Texas in 2010. Bad customer service, rude employees and dirty place. 8 time out of 10 I have to clean the table where my family seats to eat. This place has enough employees but they are always behind the counter talking instead of helping on making this restaurant a goos place to eat.

Has this Zaxby’s location switched ownership because the customer service here is horrible Ariana should not be in customer service with such a bad attitude. If you don’t like the job please do the customers a favor and switch professions.

The wings are fries were good! I got the wimpy sauce cuz I’m a wimp.
The grilled chicken sandwich was average. Hardly any ranch on it. I asked for no lettuce and Tomato but they put them on my sandwich. French fries were good.

Opens at 10:30, Showed up at 10:35 Wednesday 1-31 and door was lock. Waited for 10 minutes tried again at about 10:45 and door was still locked.
Used to be good. I don’t know what happened. I was told there would be a 20 min wait for wings because I ordered too many. Which was fine, it was less than 20 min. I don’t know if they were made too quick but none of us liked them. Georgia has the best. Texas….dont know what happened. Used to be my go to place. I guess new people ??♀️

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers is well known in the lower Eastern Southern states for their chicken tenders and sides. This location is located off Matlock by Debbie.We wanted to get a quick bite before heading home, so we agreed to try Zaxbys for the first time. They serve chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fried pickles, grilled cheese, and many more side items like fried cheese to choose from. We went ahead and got some tenders and fried cheese with fries and a fountain drink. The fountain drink station here is one of the drink stations that offers many drink choices such as sodas, lemonades, powerade, and many flavor syrups such as a lime coke. After receiving our cups, we quickly went to the soda station to fill up our drinks but were left with zero ice from the station.Our food came out and was bagged up for a to go order when we told them we would be dining in. When opening the containers, I initially wasn't impressed with the food quality and presentation. The chicken tenders were limp and were not freshly fried as well as the fries. The toast was soft and flimsy and didn't appear to be toasted at all but had the toast marks as if they reheated it. The zaxby sauce was okay but was very acidic to my stomach, and every time I ate it, I squealed.Overall, I wasn't very pleased with trying Zaxbys for the first time, and I don't think I will ever attend this location again from this experience. I really think they can improve this experience by one progressive cooking and not just mass cooking items to get people in and out. I honestly feel people prefer waiting longer for items they know that will taste good. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant was sub par and a lot of food debris was scattered throughout the floors and under the tables. I really wanted to like this place , but I have experienced better in my time.
