Very bad manager , I ordered the “Xtra Hot Cheetos Cheese Fries” but they gave me some corn bowl. I called back and the manager very rude and never apologize or anything. And think that the customer is lying about it. I been a customer here for a long time but never come back here again because of this manager. Very rude , not professional, and have attitude with customer. Not recommend this place.

Food is usually fine at this location except for today. I ordered elotes and the corn was burnt to a disrespectful crisp and still served to me. But I’m also finding that this place is getting dirtier with each visit. Strange smell in the air, very sticky and dirty floors, and what appears to be dead insects on the floor. I also had a chance to peek into the hall behind the counter leading to the kitchen and the condition of it makes me wonder how the kitchen might look. Quite dirty. Can you all please do better to keep the restaurant hygienic? Also, customer service has dropped a bit over time. Very nonchalant service these days

Took over 15 minutes to get three drinks despite the shop being deserted. For some reason they sell milk and boba. I misunderstood thinking it was tiger milk tea, but no. Just milk and brown sugar boba.It seems like they’re trying to offer too much and it all ends up subpar.

If I could give them a Zero for a score I would. I went there the Luther night and i wanted to order a cucumber limeade and they said they were out of lime juice. I told them I would come back in an hour to get the drink. Got back but there was no lime juice. They had no other customers both times I stopped by. As I sat in the parking lot They had or made time to wipe off tables and hit each other with rags and run around the store playing like they were second graders at recess. Poor customer service and management. Don't waste your time going in.

Visited this location with my boyfriend and got two Mangonadas; While we agreed drinks tasted fine and pretty standard, we both felt very uncomfortable being inside the store and will probably not visit again. We witnessed the manager yelling at the employees and insinuating fights. It's very discomforting to see employees treated this way and I'd advise anyone to order through Doordash and not visit the actual store unless you want to potentially deal with rude managers with horrible attitudes.

Haven’t tried the food, but the drinks were great! Ordered the Ube Horchata with boba and the Watermelon Slush with boba and both were great.

My first time at Zero Degrees and definitely won’t be my last. Service was great and fast! I could notice how clean it was which was nice but I really liked my conversation with Atlantis who’s the new manager, he was very friendly and even shared with me something to try next time!

Zero Degrees is on the corner of Broad St right off Highway 360 south in Mansfield, TX, whipping up Fusion dishes between Asian and Hispanic cuisine with a twist! We came here on a weekday right after the lunch rush, and we were able to easily find parking in the ample parking lot provided by the restaurant. Inside is very modern and trendy with nice wall decorations and plenty of seats and chairs that are provided. On the menu for food, they serve many different flavor varieties of popcorn chicken and hot cheetos covered in cheese or fries. They also have wings, Carne asada fries, flaming hot elotes, and garlic noodles, plus many more items to choose from. For drinks, they specialize in mangonadas, slushies, split cup Boba milk teas, and shakes such as oreo, ube, and strawberry cheesecake to name a few.We went ahead and ordered the garlic noodles, hot cheeto fries, and butter garlic chicken bites. The wait time was fast, and we had little to no wait. The first thing I noticed was the huge portions for the fairly priced items. The garlic chicken was bursting with garlicy aroma and was packed into the container. The chicken was piping hot and full of flavor, with the flavor profile of garlic butter that was fried to perfection. The garlic noodles were cooked al dente and had a nice snap back when biting the noodles. They were beautifully garnished with parsley and parmesan cheese. The hot cheeto fries were immaculate with finely ground crumbs of cheetos covering the entirety of the nacho cheese sauce laying beneath the golden brown fries while. The cheese sauce was very silky and smooth and easy to eat while complimenting the entire dish.Overall, this was a great stop for a quick bite that fulfilled our hunger. The establishment was nice and clean, and the staff provided great customer service. I'm looking forward to come-back and trying something new and getting one of the special drinks in the upcoming days.

I love boba and can be very picky about the taste and texture, but here it was so good. I had the best conversation with the Manager, Atlantis, he was so sweet and made the experience amazing.

We were greeted right away when we entered. Our kids love the popcorn chicken and ask for them all the time . Their wings are also so good!! The garlic butter flavor is *chef’s kiss. for drinks, the mangonadas are topped with mango chunks and is our go to drink.

Got asada fries, cheese fries, and smoothies with Boba! Everything was delicious! It was my first time trying and I got the strawberry cheesecake smoothie, it was a little too strawberry-ie if it makes sense lol, but it was really good! I would definitely try another flavor next time or that double drink cup!
