On 12/10/2025 at around 10pm I had the pleasure of receiving my 5 meals from the most polite and mindful young lady. The order had quite a few modifications however everything was on point. This doesn't happen often at this location so I felt I had to mention it.

Most incompetent employees I’ve even encountered. I’ve received a day old breakfast sandwich they wouldn’t replace, cold greasy hashbrowns, and I had to drive back 20 minutes when they didn’t give me any of my fries. I had to argue with them just to get the missing fries that were clearly on the receipt I showed them. Takes snot 5 minutes just to take your order, about 10 waiting to receive it, and it’s usually incorrect, the facility is disgusting and dirty. How are they still open?!

We waited over 25 minutes to get our food all for nothing because Whoppers were digusting ketchup was all over wrapper and on top of the bun the meat was very dry as if it had been sitting or just old and reheated or something the cheese looked old I couldn’t even eat this oh and the fries were definitely old and just rewarmed not completely cooked so I just threw everything away because No one answered the phone and me driving all the way back especially when they took that long just to receive the food would be a waste of my gas and time.This is ridiculous just shut this location down and bring in something worth people’s money where food is actually fresh and cooked people will definitely get sick from this!

I don’t like to complain about mixed up orders, or rude workers, but this evening, ( the manager didn’t even know how to pronounce this man’s name), he was a short dark indian type. I had ordered, then after meals, I asked “ do you have any oatmeal raisin cookies?” He responded, “yes”. ok so that order got placed. They were 2 in a bag. I asked “, are they fresh?” “yes, of course. “. I asked, but it is oatmeal raisin right” This was important! y, because, I CAN NOT HAVE CHOCOLATE. absolutely will get sick! Was with family , talking and eating, then still talking, I crab a cookie tear it, wondering.. hmm, they must be fresh, they are stuck together. In my mouth I taste it INSTANTLY! CHOCOLATE!?? wth. I go to the front ask this youngster that’s working, hey I asked for oatmeal raisin, I got chocolate. He responded, we only have chocolate. and shook his head. So I wanted to speak to the guy who sold them to me. I told him, I also said, and I’m not allowed to ingest chocolate, it will really make bad issues for me! he smiled shrugged his shoulders, and I’m like … really? He said” I’m sorry “. Ok, but then he tried to cover himself up with a lie.He stupidly said that I had asked for chocolate cookies. WOW NO , I most certainly did not, I told him. I said, why didn’t you just say you only sell oatmeal raisin cookies? Then, he said!! well we had some.. I stopped that lie, I said “the other boy told me yall don’t even sell but chocolate cookies. “then he looked at me and said well , yea, well, but he thought it was funny and if I was a small child allergic to chocolate, what then? well then I would have just left. 1.08 will not make or break me. i said, I want my money back. he went and told his supervisor and both of them were smiling, thinking it was funny like I’m something petty. well, if you care anything about your family, you go to that Whataburger be ready for anything because apparently they do not care about anyone at all actually the only good worker that I know is there is the one youngster whose black with bushy hair with a little red tent in it, he seems pretty kind. I’m not done, tomorrow, I’ll be calling the main office. They could have put someone in the hospital. What a jerk!
