I ordered 2 dozen breakfast tacos on Tuesday for 6am pickup on Thursday. Not only was my order not ready when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be prepared. I preordered because I had to get the tacos to my daughter’s team meeting which of course they caused us to be late to. If you are walking in for a personal item or 2 this place might be ok but they don’t seem efficient enough to manage even medium sized preorders.
