I felt compelled to write a review after going through the drive thru here two times both times the person on the speaker was very polite and at the window. It’s not an easy job to work in customer service and be cheerful all the time , and it’s rare that fast food employees are polite unfortunately. Shout out to Caleb. Very nice young man.

I took my grandkids here to pick up breakfast one morning. They had forgotten and item. I called them to explain and wow the manager was so apologetic and they redid the whole order at no charge. I would've been happy with the the sandwich. Thumbs up, need more employees that care just like her that love their job. Thank you
On this morning we went through the drive thru and the lady Antonia was very rude through the intercom. Once I asked for her name at the window she eased up but it shouldn’t take someone asking for your name for you to become nice. If you don’t have customer service skills maybe working the window/ drive thru is not for you.

The number 10 chicken bacon ranch sandwich is always good. My husband though got the sourdough jack and asked for no ketchup and they put it on there. One of the guys working did tell the others to watch their language because we had a little one with us which was something I appreciated.
The snow machine is always broken, they take a long time to serve us, there was no honey, they forgot to place the order 27, they did not return the money for the snow because it was broken, and they did not give us the iced coffee. ?

First of all !!! They took too long to take my order, The food was so cold, the fries were cold and hard, worst place ever! My tacos was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt, I have had never got my food like that anywhere.
