Had a great experience a few days ago at this location. The staff was friendly and very generous, everything was clean and working and the food was freshly made and tasted wonderful. Would go out of my way to go here. Highly recommend them.

So grateful this location was open on Christmas. Friendly staff, fast service, and fresh hot food. Everyone was welcoming and patient even on a holiday. Really appreciate the team for showing up and taking care of the community. Would definitely recommend. 🎄

You need to do better than serving your customers hasbrowns that have been sitting there all morning long, egg yolks are always overcooked, have some pride in the food you serve after all we are paying for it.

How could people serve food like this to others? Imagine that's your children or family eating this. JACK IN THE BOX THIS FOOD IS horrible , disgusting, the lettuce is nasty like y'all pull it out of a trash can. … the taco smell like an old oil and the fries we found multiple burn meat in it . Like seriously. Just the entire food is disgusted 🤮.

My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered a 6-piece French toast. While waiting, he noticed a worker in a red shirt making milkshakes who kept staring at him in an unsettling way. When it came time to pay, he was charged $23.54—which made no sense for a French toast order.
The worker then came to the window and informed him that he had been charged for the car behind us—her mother’s order, which included 5 milkshakes. She said she would pay him back in cash. This is completely unprofessional and suspicious.
My husband asked for a refund and was initially refused. Only after pointing out that this situation amounted to theft did they agree to issue a refund. They gave him the refund receipt and sent him on his way—without ever charging him for his actual French toast.
This incident was extremely concerning. It appears that employees at this location may be misusing customers’ card information or intentionally charging people for others’ orders. We’re left wondering how many others have been taken advantage of in this way.
This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be thoroughly investigated. Customers should feel safe using their cards and trusting staff—not being tricked into paying for someone else’s food.
