Worst jack in the box I've ever been to. An order before me got a burger without meat. Just 2 slices of bread. Waited 20 min to order and the order was completely wrong. Should get my money back. Do not waste your time or money at this location.. everybody in the lobby is upset with their order.. ordered my burger dry and this is what I got for a sourdough jack at 10$. Was.clear.i just didn't want mayo. Ridiculous....

The salad, the greens looked okay, the meat, not so much, it’s still frozen!! I tried to take different angles with flash, u see the crystals of ice on the chicken ! Tried calling, NO ANSWER, kept saying they were FOWARDING me to voicemail, tried to leave a voicemail, ITS FULL!!! SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AND HAS CLUELESS people working there.

This location is absolute trash. The guy at the window (Charles) is rude, impatient and unprofessional. The food is is dry and burnt. We were missing drinks and when it was brought up at the window we were ignored and told to move on. Hopefully the newer resturants opening around here are better.
