Order food here they got it wrong didn’t replace instead just used same item and removed the items that were not supposed to be on there then continue to give me that item by that time I had to eat it cold horrible staff

Worst McDonalds We have ever dealt with. Rude people. I ordered a medium ice coffee light ice. They gave me all ice. Asked for it to be corrected yet they left me standing there as they ignored me. They finally made me another coffee in a small cup. I stated that I ordered and paid for a medium. They told me because I want light ice all I get is a small. I contested them so they made another one but did not fill the cup up. They told me that's all I get. I stopped at a different location down the road and had to pay again for what I wanted. There was another elderly couple in line behind me and they were rude to them also.

This place is usually one of the best McDonalds you can go to. The food is better than any other. But the simple fact they can run out of burger meat on a Friday night is inexcusable. Unfortunately the only way I see to voice my opinion on this is by giving one star.

I told to park to wait for my coiffed, after 20 mins I called and she told me they’ve been looking for me and they didn’t know where I went. I told her you told me to park in #2 and that’s where I have been. She asked me for my order again so how is she looking for me if she asked how I wanted my coffee again
