Been to about a dozen BBQ places around Houston and surrounding areas. Decided to stop here at Old Bucs and it's def one of the best. I ordered the brisket, pork burnt ends and sausage. It was all very good i'll be back thank you. Texas Monthly
Better than Rudy's, not as good as Killen's. Staff was very nice. Meat just wasn't that moist, but we came around 5PM.
Ordered Beef Rib, Brisket, Pork Belly Ends.

A nice little old school hole in the wall place only open Saturday and Sunday. Some delicious, juicy tender BBQ.

We got brisket & pork belly burnt ends. Phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back. If their brisket is as good as their brisket burn ends, this will be my new go-to.

Pork sausage was great. Everything else we had , brisket, mac cheese, beans, was mid. Not a bad price though.

Even if they were sold out of their Dino ribs, my family and I took a chance and drove out and to give them a shot. 1.) Service- The man behind the counter was welcoming and very polite. 2.) Food- the amount of meat for the money is incredible. The seasonings overall were not overpowering so I can still taste the natural flavor of the meat. Barbecue sauce was provided on the side if needed. Me- I’m not a sauce guy, but my wife and daughter are all about sauce, so that was great! 3.) Atmosphere- Music was great, and was not loud at all. Very clean place and had a small town atmosphere which is so amazing! Location- Easy to find and traffic was not an issue. The owner was so responsive on text to inform me whether they had any barbecue left. Big thanks you everyone who woke up early and worked hard behind the counter and grill. God Bless!

The food was delicious. It came out nice and hot. The meat was very juicy with perfect seasoning. We had the brisket and half a chicken. no complaints here. No photos this time. We’ll get some next time.

Great small and intimate place. Family run and just a amazing snapshot into what I envision being a BBQer is like.

Must have caught them on a bad day… they were out of almost everything at 4pm. We spent 204$ for 6lbs of brisket and 1lb of pork belly. Supposed to be about 175$ before tax so pretty sure I was over charged. The brisket was dry and bland and the pork belly was rock hard. I’ve heard so many good things and this was such a disappointment.
