Customer service at the store is top game. It’s like the five star restaurants of Pizza Hut. This should definitely be a model store although it is lacking upgrades. But I’m not coming to the store for the store’s appearance just my pizza.

Placed a order by calling and of course its a call center and not the store. Its Halloween and we get our pizza as we are walking out to go Trick-or-Treating. Not looking at my order. Well I came back and notice im missing a item. I tried calling and its a call center again. And im told I'll be transferred to a manager.. we'll im on hold for 20 mins. So I call back and its the same thing, on hold for another 40 minutes and the call ends. Call and press #3 for a complaintand im disconnected 4 different time's. Why can't I call the actual store and get someone that can help me. And im still on hold as I write this review. Pizza tastes good but customers service is horrible. Make this right - Pizza Hut (Manvel)!!!

Curtis has an A-1 excellent customer services, very helping and efficient. & just because of Curtis I will be returning to this location !!! Hopefully we see him every time we come. I ordered food on 4/9 it was picked up thru door dash. The gentleman told me in text that he's taking my order back to the store becuase he doesn't know where my place is . I sent pictures I used Google translate the best I could for communication. Store said when he brought it back they would refund me . Never did .called back next day was told there wasn't a manager avaliable . Called the next was told my order was refunded and still have yet to recieve items . Here we are 9 days later and nothing.

Decent pizza. Terrible service. Paid online, showed up allowing an extra 15 minutes then waited another 15 minutes while 3 employees talked in the front of the store without saying a word to thw two customers standing there, then was made to pay a second time for the food. Called about it and they told me I'd have to deal with the credit card company. I will not be giving them my business again.
