I ordered a big order online the day before. I get there the next morning at 6:15 am per my order and they didn't receive the order until a few minutes before according to the front counter lady. I had a large event waiting on me a couple of miles away and I couldn't wait 20-30 minutes for them to fill my order. So, they gave me one of each donut (probably day-old donuts) to fill my 7-dozen order. (They did ask me and I said yes, because I didn't really have a choice, either that or nothing.) Some donuts were ok, but some were horrible. Shipley, if someone orders a day before and pays for a certain number of donuts and a specific time, please have them ready. This is unacceptable!

Shipley's Donuts is the best donut place ever I like how the glaze just burst in my mouth out of nut taste it's so good that the cashier is so kind I like the customer service so I hope this place gets a 10 star review

This store doesn't offer veterans day discount which is put out through the company. I also struggled even understanding the lady who was trying to take my order causing me to repeat myself multiple times.

If you visit this location just know they will not give you you your free reward from the app. This lady named CRISTINA pretends the internet isn’t working and charge your card for the free reward. I could have just went to a different location. That means she didn’t scan my order for me to earn points. It’s crazy they find a reason to get your money when they came up with the reward system and won’t honor it.
