This specific Shipley never has plain kolaches.. This is the seventh time that I have been here in the morning and they have not had plain kolaches

Employees at this location do not tell you your total clearly and they give receipts only when you request them. This location also does not accept coupons that the corporate location sends you after a local restaurants overcharges you or messes up your order. Corporate responds with a general blanket statement but several people have already made complaints of the same nature and nothing has been done to correct these matters. I’ve been to this location a few times. They have a nice sit down space inside and their buckets are reasonably priced. Today I stopped and went thru the drive thru. To my surprise their posted prices and the price they charge are different. When asking the cashier she made light of it and said they just haven’t change the board. I feel as if at least a notice should be posted forewarning that prices have changed so customers aren’t surprised. Additionally the cashier’s nonchalant attitude was reflected in her poor judgement. Today I ordered a glazed donut - which I asked to be warmed and an iced chocolate w/nuts…. Well instead of asking she warmed it to 🙄 got home to and iced bag and plain donut smh! Would definitely still stop by if I needed buckets, but that’s it

Went through the drive through and placed a simple order of three items and a chocolate milk. The team forgot the chocolate milk and I had a hard time getting their attention. The kolache that I got was undercooked. Most of the time they do a good job on our foods. This location seems to be struggling a bit.

The lady at the register this morning needs more training! I got a Boston creme donut and when she picked it up, she placed the wax paper right on top of the chocolate - instead of grabbing the sides and then she put it in the bag so the chocolate side was facing the bottom. So basically three-quarters of the chocolate peeled off the donut when I went to remove the paper. Thanks for nothing.
My husband stopped by Shipley's to surprise our family with donuts and cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, his cinnamon roll was overcooked (dry and crunchy). Do better, Shipley's!
