Love that they're open all night, just think it's a shame they have to waste food if they mess up an order. I'm sure that's their policy, just hate seeing food go to waste

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I waited over 20 minutes for my online order that stated it was ready for pick up through the app. Also they gave me the wrong shake which was melted and my coney was COLD and stale! Like it’s just been sitting there. I didn’t realize it until I got home a couple minutes later. The other time I went I was doing DD and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the ingredients for my customers order. When yall could’ve told me when I first got there because in my DD app they stated the order was ready. Yall have 0 consideration for people time. A courtesy check in would be nice. They weren’t even busy so there’s no excuse as to why it takes that long.
