Service trash caused me to go to the store and make my own chicken sandwich I won't even go back for drinks

This Sonic need to go out of business! This is the absolutely worst ran sonic I have ever visited. Service in the evenings is typically…AWFUL. When we have delivery orders, almost always something is missing or wrong. And to top it off- they posted communication to supposed managers and higher ups on every stall including phone and email……to no surprise- never once have we received a call back or response to emails submitted. Sonic….Shut it down!

I haven't had a sonic burger in years and unfortunately today I was reminded why. The burger was a 1 out of 5. The burger patty was old and burnt. 🫤 Will stick to drinks and snacks here.

Could have caused us an allergic reaction being careless.
Ordered a couple of cokes my way. One with coconut and one without. Neither were labeled. To make it easier one was regular coke and one was coke zero so even marking the drink diet would have helped. I let the young guy know that I couldn't tell which one has coconut and my friend was allergic so itw as important. He made a guess (which ended up being wrong) I decided not to give the drink to my friend and tried it. The one he said had no coconut was the one with coconut. He needs to be trained in the importance of food allergies.
Service is always slow and difficult. Servers are rude, none of the stalls ever work. Dont even try to do an online order, you'll wait 30 minutes and get cold food.
I believe Robert was working the drive thru tonight (Sunday 11/09/25) and he was so incredibly KIND. He literally made my entire evening. I hope this message gets back to him and I hope something good can come from it. He did everything with such attention to detail.

I’ve visited this Sonic several times, and the service is consistently slow. Even when orders are ready, they often take a long time to be delivered. I’ve had slushies take over 30 minutes to arrive, and by then they were completely melted.
Today was the final straw — mobile ordering wasn’t working, and when I asked if my online coupon could still be honored, the manager left me waiting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes while helping other cars behind me.
Some of the employees are friendly and try their best, but this location is very poorly managed. I don’t recommend it, which is disappointing since my family really enjoys Sonic slushes.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. It took over 15 minutes to fulfill a mobile drink order, the employees were just sitting around, and didn’t even know where to deliver the order once it was ready. There weren’t more than four cars at the location, so they can’t blame it on being “busy” either. I’d be horrified if I were the manager, district manager, or other leader of this location.

Drinks never taste good from here. Server with tattoos on her hand was on a long phone call cussing at somebody, I could hear the entire conversation. Took forever to run my card.

Horrible service! We spent over 30 min ordering our food and waiting for it to be brought out. Would’ve kept waiting if we hadn’t asked someone about our order. Finally got our food and ended up being all wrong. Ordered footlong coney and got it with NOTHING on it. Plain hotdog.

Always great service just a busy night
This is the slowest service ever. Extremely slow. Turtle slow. They don't care.
Love that they're open all night, just think it's a shame they have to waste food if they mess up an order. I'm sure that's their policy, just hate seeing food go to waste
